Strings not sealed

The drawstring weren't sealed in the bags of the last 2 boxes I bought. I thought it would only be a few but when it was the whole box I figured the 2nd box couldn't

The drawstring weren't sealed in the bags of the last 2 boxes I bought. I thought it would only be a few but when it was the whole box I figured the 2nd box couldn't possible have the same problem, but it did. I cant sinch the bag up bc the strings come out.

Kitten food

The box was in perfect condition, but I could hear the food in the box. When I opened the box the kitten food was in the box and the bag was wide open. This was

The box was in perfect condition, but I could hear the food in the box. When I opened the box the kitten food was in the box and the bag was wide open. This was not due to shipping. I have attached pictures. This isn’t the first time, one other time it was cat litter in the shipping box. Warehouse needs to be more careful about how they handle the orders.

I would not buy these except for the fact that these are the only ones that are not way too big for my machine. They tear causing spillage too many times!!
