Poor Quality

The quality of the wood is terrible. The upper tray does not line up on the track and is starting to fall through. I don't suspect this will last us 6 months. It

The quality of the wood is terrible. The upper tray does not line up on the track and is starting to fall through. I don't suspect this will last us 6 months. It looks cute and it's nice to be able to wheel it outside when needed, but it's already falling apart after 3 weeks. I wouldn't purchase.

Product is exceptionally well made. Came with clear instructions and labeled pieces and hardware which made assembly easy. The 2 trays conveniently and easily slide out for cleaning. The asphalt roof is a cute feature. Product came with a hay wire basket and wood chew toy, bonuses that can be enjoyed by rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, mice, and other small animals. The wheels of the hutch are a very useful feature, allowing so easy placement and movement of the hutch. The locking mechanism of the wheels work very well. The product, with 2 floors connected by a ramp is perfect for small animals providing sufficient room for mobility and exercise for the animals. All in all, this small animal "condo" is a really cool and functional abode for the small 4 legged pets in your family. Highly recommended.
