I am very excited about this perch/toy. I have yet to put it in my birds cage as his current cage is a little on the small side. And I am waiting for his new cage to come in this week. I do believe that he will love this perch. There is many places that I could sneak some millet or seed into for the foraging aspect. On top of that it is a swing. And I think he will really enjoy that. The construction of this toy is very well done. The weave and design of it is solid.
I wasn’t sure if my Goffin would like this or not. I put it in his cage and we had the usual stand off for about 15 minutes while he figured it out. Once he decided that it was ok, he started playing with it. Within 1 day it became his favorite toy. It’s fun to watch him talk to and chew on his new toy. It’s not going to last more than 2 weeks but it’s worth every penny to make him happy!
The perch portion of the toy slopes quite a bit when my green cheek perches on it. I was expecting it to be a bit sturdier, but it works! My GCC doesn't like to stay on it (she bailed off of it immediately after the photo), but she's been enjoying chewing on it otherwise.
Our green cheek conure absolutely loved this and has thoroughly foraged and shredded to his hearts content. Will be buying more of these for sure!
My cockatiels love this swing forage toy and play on it all day
My 3 lovebirds destroyed this entirely within a week. They've been so distraught since their favorite perch toy is just a stick now, but it has given them so much entertainment and joy. I'm ordering another one since they love it so much.
I have budgies and conures and they took to this right away! It's kinda funny because if they get on one side it moves so they are all wobbly on it. Great for exercise! Both budgies and conures got on it and got to chewing!
Although a larger than what I was expecting for a small size, I liked the perch. Unfortunately, my Lovebird is scared of it and hasn’t gotten near it yet. I have hope!
My budgie flock tore into this perch immediately and really enjoy chewing at it.
