Moves on its own once touched. Gets the cats involved without the influence of me near them. It does need a flat surface for more movement

Such a Bummer!

My cat was so excited about this toy, unfortunatley it stopped being able to move within the first few minutes of playing with it.

bug toy - very dissappointing

Broken Within Minutes

I was so excited when our little ant arrived! The little feather on top was cute. Batteries were included so that was a plus! It was a fun color, smooth texture

I was so excited when our little ant arrived! The little feather on top was cute. Batteries were included so that was a plus! It was a fun color, smooth texture and our youngest cat Austin seemed to know instinctively that it was something for him and stuck close by as I opened the package. I turned it on and put it on the floor and it started moving around! Austin was enthralled with it as it started and stopped and responded to his touch! Unfortunately within about 5 minutes it stopped working! What a bummer! So, if it didn’t break immediately, it would have been a great product. Unfortunately, that was not the case. :-( The little ant had an extremely limited life. A big disappointment! I would not recommend this product.

The Playology Motorized Ant Cat Motion Toy is undeniably cute and presents a clever concept for feline entertainment. However, in our household, it hasn't quite hit the mark. While the idea of a self-propelled ant scurrying around is certainly appealing, my cats seem to be more unnerved than amused. They tend to eye it from a distance, with a look that suggests more suspicion than playful curiosity. It's a well-made toy with an interesting premise, but for some more timid or particular felines, it might prove to be a bit too "lively" for their liking.

Changed out the batteries and the wheel only likes to spin when it's upside down. It's on tile, it shouldn't have a problem spinning, and yet it does. Also, did

Also, did not really look like the picture, the picture made it look like that if the feather falls off, you can tie something else on the end, you cannot. it's attached to the silicone

My cats love this toy! One of my cats plays fetch like a dog. She has carried this toy to me several times since it arrived so I could toss it for her to retrieve

My cats love this toy! One of my cats plays fetch like a dog. She has carried this toy to me several times since it arrived so I could toss it for her to retrieve. The only downside to my item was that the included battery only lasted about 10 minutes total, so I’ve got to buy another battery so they will want to play with it more.

Good but doesn't last long

My cats were obsessed with this toy, especially when it stopped and started again. However, I'm only giving this 3 stars because it is battery operated and the battery

My cats were obsessed with this toy, especially when it stopped and started again. However, I'm only giving this 3 stars because it is battery operated and the battery almost instantly died. The antennas on the ant toy are also easily bitten off so I had to constantly watch that nothing else would detach.

Don't waste your money

The toy broke within 2 hours of opening it. I thought maybe it was the batteries so I finally went out a and got batteries and replaced them. But it still won't

The toy broke within 2 hours of opening it. I thought maybe it was the batteries so I finally went out a and got batteries and replaced them. But it still won't do anything. The feather came off within 10 minutes of playing with it. And the gears that run it around the room just stopped working. I checked to make sure nothing was caught up in the little wheel, but the wheel will spin when you hold the ant upside down but it's really weak and very slow. It was just a waste of money.
