My dog loves this ice cream brand and all flavors. I found out the hard way if you return it to the original carton, it is very difficult to get out (it becomes very hard). I started dividing it into ice cube trays or silicone molds to make smaller, more manageable servings. I also had some coconut shells from sorbet that I washed out and I freeze the ice cream in them as well. He LOVES it!
The contents were very easy to mix. I then poured them into single serving cups. It was met with great enthusiasm. Thanks for such a great product. I've never seen this flavor on any other sites. My dog is a watermelon fiend!
We have a 4 year old pit that has idiopathic epilepsy and when he starts to go into seizure mode (bumping into the wall/bobbing his head), we grab this ice cream (in vanilla) and it really helps to bring Neo's core temperature down so he won't have a grand mal. I feel better about using these ice creams over ones made for human consumption. Neo LOVES IT!
My dog loves this cold treat on a hot summer day! I have been freezing it in ice cube trays rather than the original container. This makes it MUCH easier to divide into manageable serving sizes, since when it is frozen, it is too dense to scoop. Watermelon is Brenna’s favorite flavor!
My dog is a big fan of watermelon and this is such a nice treat for him.
Smells great & my 3 dogs love it! It's an easy cool treat for them
My dog's loved the ice cream treat . Finally didn't feel guilty eating my ice cream .
My dog loves this ice cream. I will be buying it again for her.
A definitely hit with my girls!! I'm buying more flavors!!!
I absolutely love this dog ice cream, and so do both my dogs!!! We first tried the peanut butter flavor, which was a big hit, so I decided to try other flavors. I love the fact that their are only five ingredients in total in all the ice cream flavors from this brand, and that none of them are anything I either can't pronounce or wouldn't want my dogs eating. I've seen one brand that uses carnauba wax, which I wouldn't want my dogs eating. There's no need for that to be in dog ice cream, to say nothing of people ice cream, so I was glad I found this brand first. :) I will say that my only gripe with the ice cream is that even after leaving it out on the counter for the recommended 15 minutes, it's still really hard to scoop. It's like chipping away at frozen fruit or something. I'd recommend microwaving it in five-second increments; I haven't tried this, but I will the next time I give the pups ice cream. If it makes a difference, and if I can edit reviews, I'll leave an update on how the microwaving went. All in all, I really, really like this ice cream brand, and so do my dogs. I'm extremely picky about what I give them, so I'm happy I can treat them to ice cream sometimes while feeling good about doing so.
