I love the pen but is there an easy way to know how to fold it up to fit back in its case? I’m out of town and don’t have the instructions with me which would hopefully show me how. I keep having to force it to close and that bends the wires.

To store the playpen simply unzip the top and bottom, line up the panels and fold them into eachother. Follow the attached photo below.

Is the bottom waterproof and will not leak? I want something that will protect wood floors or carpet from accidents.

The reinforced corners and protected seams of this playpen ensure that there is no leaking through the bottom.

IS THIS PRODUCT WASHER SAFE?

The floor panel is removable and washable for easy maintenance. Otherwise, it is recommended to spot clean the material, if needed.

Do the panels come apart so you can use it with 3 sides up against a wall?

The panels on this playpen does not come apart. However, it does have removable floor panels and a removable top.

When my girl got vestibular disease, this was a game changer. She had initially lost her ability to walk and this gave her a safe place to rebuild her strength and allowed me to take showers without having panic attacks about what she was getting into. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the frame bent a little so storage became awkward, but I used these so often that it wasn't a big deal.

GREAT for our two boy cats!

The Large size easily accommodates our two boy cats (10 and 9 lb but will be about 12 lb each when fully grown), their small travel litter pan, water (dish or bottle), a pet bed, a food dish when appropriate, and some toys. We use it as a shelter for them to get into outdoors (supervised) if they want to when they are on lead-and-harness when we camp, and it's also great for them to sleep in inside our camper, to contain them in hotel rooms if we're going out without them, and when we want them to get catio time while we travel. I've seen other great ideas as well, from containing pets post-op, to introducing new pets to existing ones, to letting pets feel the grass (zip-out bottom) outdoors. It's easy to fold, lightweight, well-made, strong, and we're very pleased with it. It comes with tent pegs to keep it from blowing over outdoors. One inaccuracy: the ad copy says it comes with a carrying case. It does not. It comes with a large elastic band built-in that secures around it when folded. Not a big deal for us--we find that very easy to use. But if it's important to you, thought I'd mention it.

Tipped over

My puppy jumped up and put his paws on the side and it tipped over. No longer have the box so stuck with it. Closed it and using it as an expensive gate to block

Love this playpen!

We got the large, so that we could travel (hotels) more easily with our young Chihuahua. We’ve been using it at home to get him used to it, and it’s been great!

We got the large, so that we could travel (hotels) more easily with our young Chihuahua. We’ve been using it at home to get him used to it, and it’s been great! The bottom is waterproof, and we appreciate that there are 2 doors. The set up and take down takes almost no time, and when collapsed takes up almost no space. Love it.

The top is flimsy

It's a nice play pen but the top is very flimsy. The zipper is cheap. My dog got out from breaking through the top zipper when she was left alone for 2 hours a few
