I LOVE CHEWY-BUT THIS ORDER ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK

    By on

I ordered the pills in March, the order never got shipped, every day Chewy told me that my vet did not send thru the script, which he really did send twice--so I finally surrendered and cancelled the order-I decided to try again to order it, and the same thing happened--finally I got an agent believe her name is Morgan and she helped me straighten out your internal problem--as I said, I love Chewy, but the pandemic has made my life with Chewy somewhat of a nightmare. Thanks for finally getting my girl Harli the pills. Ayn

Nobody knows what they are doing there

First I ordered prescription food, regular food and prednisolone. My vet receives the authorization for the food and sends it back. He doesn't receive the authorization for the prednisolone. I call when it has been almost a week and no order. Sit on hold for over an hour. They tell me it takes 10 days now to get an order. Then I don't hear anything. I call again and again wait an hour on hold. My vet said they never got an authorization for the prednisolone. They FINALLY send out the authorization and it is returned the same day. I get an e-mail from the pharmacy saying they will review the authorization. I call again wait forever and then am told it will now be another 10 days for First I ordered prescription food, regular food and prednisolone. Seriously I don't care what the excuse is. It's not like your prices are so great. I will no longer use Chewy for my pets' needs. … more

    THE BEST!!!!!

    By on

With everything going on with the COVID-19 right now, a huge issue took place with the medicine that it was not put in correctly and I was not getting it when I was told I would have it delivered. I spoke to a manager and if it was not for him, I would be in HUGE trouble for my cat not having her prescription. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed immediately. NO ISSUES AT ALL! He was without a doubt the BEST Manager I have ever dealt with at many many companies. This is the best place to get excellent help to take care of your pets you love, because they are part of your family!

    Prednisolone for Bella

    By on

Recently I asked a Chewy representative if I could order the medicine which my cat, Bella, takes daily. He contacted the animal hospital and was given the prescription. Within days I had her pills without my having had to venture out during this time of social distancing. I appreciate their help and highly recommend Chewy.

    Just what the doctor ordered!

    By on Top 50 Contributor

Our lab has been prone to skin infections his whole life. He will scratch and/or lick himself raw so when he needs to go on a round of antibiotics he benefits from the addition of a steroid. Steroids have their disadvantages but in his case they are outweighed by the benefits he gets from them. Chewy has the best prices on all medications so we have our vet fill all of our dogs needs through Chewy!
