Gimmicky and dishonest.

One of the steps of checkout after personalizing the tags is adding on an Apple Air Tag attachment. As it is a step in the process of checkout, I assumed the AirTag would fit the one inch collar. It does not. It only fits a 3/4" collar and apparently comes with its own separate collar that is the same collar you're ordering but without the personalization. The 'noiseless' attachment for dog tags broke within the first month and I lost my dog's tags and am now stuck with the hassle of replacement vaccine/rabies tags and local registration tags. The rings for tags are so far away from clasp, and the collar cannot tighten past the ring, so it is just about 1/2 inch away from fitting well. So now I have two personalized collars, two not personalized collars and two air-tags that don't fit. $171.00 of collars (two dogs) headed for the shelter.

Plus, it comes with a little screwdriver to screw their rabies tag on, which also lays flush on the outside of the collar. Doesn't bother the dog at all and I dont have to worry about them getting it snagged on anything again.

ID Tag style

I love the reflective strip and bright color, but what really stood out is the flat 5-line ID panel. It's bolted onto the color with nothing protruding and the engraving

I love the reflective strip and bright color, but what really stood out is the flat 5-line ID panel. It's bolted onto the color with nothing protruding and the engraving is well done. What I didn't notice in the product details but absolutely LOVE is the no-jingle rabies tag slider. I've never seen an attachment like it, and it's such a great idea! It came with a screwdriver to add the tag. We're handy and figured it out ourselves, but there's a QR code for instructions if you need them. The collar itself is very well made, and the whole setup is honestly a FANTASTIC value for the quality of product we received!

Expensive, small text, tag holder is a joke & doesn't work

This is a basic nylon collar with a plate giving your pet's name. I ordered the Med/Large one because it was wider (1") and didn't use all the lines available for

This is a basic nylon collar with a plate giving your pet's name. I ordered the Med/Large one because it was wider (1") and didn't use all the lines available for my dog's name and number. However, the type was very small and low contrast - it didn't use all available space. The screw that holds the tags on came out after 2 days. I tightened it well, but there was no thread locker on it. Overall a waste of money. I will go back to a regular collar that can attach tags securely. At least the collar itself hasn't broken yet.

The silent tag holder is a blessing - and it came with a little tool to make it simple but secure to attach. The leash hook is flexible and very strong. I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised with each feature especially the security of the id plate.
