These are the worst treats ever, gave my dog the poops for 2 days 😢 not to count a sore belly...unless you want your dog to get really sick like mine did, I wouldn't waste my money on them...
I like all Pork Chomp treats. These are pretty quickly eaten crunchy treats for my Aussies. It takes longer for my old chihuahua girl to get through a half stick. Very few ingredients so much better than rawhide stuff.
My vet recommended against! The food looks color dyes and natural flavors include ingredients that’s bad for pets. It gave my dog massive diarrhea. I gave some to my families dogs and same outcome.
Dogs love them. Young Brussels Griffons wanting to chew on everything! Satisfies that urge without sacrificing my fingers and shoes,
My Meeka loves all treats but goes crazy when I ask if she wants a “stick” that’s what I call this one instead of treat. Say word and she knows where they are and turns circles to get one
I've been getting these treats for several months now, we have a 1.5-year-old collie and 3-year-old pittie, each get one at night. I love that they're rawhide free, I buy two or three different treats that Pork Chomps sells because of that. They aren't a treat that will occupy your dog for very long, and that isn't what I buy them for. Just a nighttime treat or a high value reward if they've been really well-behaved. The dogs don't seem to have a preference for flavor, and they've never caused a mess (other than a little dog drool on the floor). Love the price, a bag generally lasts us 25 days, can't complain!
I have 7 dogs, and none of them would eat these. They turned up their nose every single time I went to hand one to them. So, they donated them to an animal shelter instead.
These most definitely will stain. I had red all over my floor after my dog ate one. AND…they are NOT digestible. He has pooped pieces of it for days and apparently when I thought he had chewed half the stick, he actually swallowed it. And it came out hard and whole. I can’t believe he didn’t have a blockage or worse. Waste of money because they went in the garbage. BEWARE!
I’m afraid Simon didn’t care for these. One of my grand puppies did though. So I guess it’s what ever appeals to one’s palate
