By Blackbeard’s barnacled boots, these pig ears be the finest plunder I’ve laid me hooks on in many a moon! High quality as the gold in a Spanish galleon thick, meaty, and not a trace o’ that cheap, papery nonsense ye find in lesser treats. Me crew o’ four-legged deck-swabbers went completely mad fer ‘em tails waggin’ like Jolly Rogers in a gale, gnawin’ and chompin’ with the glee of dogs what just found buried treasure! And the price? A fair bounty indeed! Ye won’t be sellin’ yer ship to afford these delights. Twenty ears in the chest fer a reasonable handful o’ doubloons makes this old pirate grin wider than a shark with a fresh kill. If ye want yer hounds to sing yer praises from the crow’s nest, hoist these BONES & CHEWS Pig Ears aboard at once! I’d sail the seven seas fer ‘em again, that’s how good they be!

My lab is 5 months old, and currently, the pig ear keeps him busy for about 30 minutes. I'm sure that will lessen as he gets bigger, but for now they are good. Side note: If you want to keep your dog busy for a very long time, get a knuckle! I'm not sure why the one commenter stated they are stinky. I bought 6 of them to start, none of which stunk, and just purchased a 20-count bag. There is no smell. But then again, I also don't agree with another commenter giving an item you keep on autoship 2 stars just because one batch had beetles in it, knowing full well that Chewy would easily replace it, but there you go. Okay, let me step down from my soapbox. The pig ears are good; they clearly look like a pig ear, too, because that's what they are. I like that it's natural, and my puppy gets great enjoyment out of them. I will continue to purchase them for as long as he likes them. And by the way, sometimes dogs DO lose interest in things over time.

I've never tried pig ears for my dog before. I like getting her natural chews because then she doesn't go after my slippers. I didn't think to read reviews. I've tried duck heads, turkey necks, you name it and nothing has been as smelly as this!!!! The treat itself is fine. She likes it. She's burying it in the photo after eating a bit of it. She'll end up eating the whole thing in a few days. Until then we'll suffer through and give her a bath right after. There is a warning with the treat to feed on a hard surface. I think that is so the smell doesn't get into a couch or fabric. It smells like old blood and it's very strong. It would be an okay treat for them to eat outside or if you are going to give them a bath later.

TERRIBLE DOG FOOD

Both dogs have terrible allergies and are constantly scratching at their skin. Also, my female has a yeast infection in her right ear that just go away.

My Red Healer loves these. I can’t seem to ration them without him bugging me for multiple a day. I limit usually one per day but he knows where I put them and he’s smart enough to ask nicely. Only problem, he has stinky farts after eating them.

Size

Smaller product from same brand since purchasing monthly for a year! Almost half the size! The larger size was the reason i purchased them!

I can just purchase one. Mostly because it’s wrapoed

MySon is very picky. I try something new occasionally with not much luck. But he enjoys this pig ear. It doesn’t stain. It’s not oily and it doesn’t stink.

Nice treat for dogs

Rusty loves pig ears. Only issue is some had trapped grease and some sharp ends so I had to scrape it out and cut off the sharp pieces so Rusty would not get sick

I get these for my dogs all of the time on autoship because they love them, but this time, there were 2 beetles in the un-opened bag. I was concerned about giving them to my dogs. I hope I don't see this again. If I do, I'll be buying them elsewhere.
