The cage sizing - Is that by height or by width? The cage I'm looking to buy for is 34 inches high 32 inches wide and 21 inches deep.

The cage sizing goes by the circumference of the cage. The small would be the best fit for a 32 inch wide cage.

runs small - size up to large

The measurements are not true at all. I have a flight cage that was measured by the small. No way it would fit. way way too small. Reordered large and its snug

The measurements are not true at all. I have a flight cage that was measured by the small. No way it would fit. way way too small. Reordered large and its snug but fits around the cage and almost too tight. the color is black that is why took off one star. Charlie seems to be scared of the black one and hope he gets used to it. Angel though on the other hand may pick at it and I hope she doesn't. it is sheer material. one more is on the way, not sure if it will be black or white but i'd really like them both to be white. oh well. at least it will catch the seeds and work for now.
