how many teaspoons are in the 240 gram jar?

The 240 gram jar contains approximately 48 teaspoons (scoops), the 5 pound jar contains about 450 teaspoons, and the 25 pound jar contains about 2250 teaspoons of this supplement.

It says 1 tsp for animals over 10 pounds. Is this across the board for any weight above ten? We have a Great Dane pup who is over 80 pounds currently. Thanks!

For any dog over 10 pounds 1 teaspoon is recommended.

In the process of switching puppy’s food to grain free, (wheat,soy,corn free) Just want to be sure this is grain free as well. Reading reviews that this really helps with loose stools so I just want to be sure this is grain free.

It seems to work

My 30 y o mare has soupy manure, probably because her teeth are worn down to the roots. She doesn't have problems with grass, but we won't be seeing any green stuff

My 30 y o mare has soupy manure, probably because her teeth are worn down to the roots. She doesn't have problems with grass, but we won't be seeing any green stuff for several months. She gets 2nd cut hay and extruded feed which helps, but the Probios is an added element to her treatment. It is easy to give. I make it into a slurry and put in an oral syringe. She seems to enjoy the taste so I am going to add the powder directly to her grain.

Great for Goats

My farm vet recommended giving this to my goats when their stool was too soft or even diarrhea like which could lead to worse problems is not addressed. It works

Great product recommended by dog breeders and trainers!

My Golden Retriever had on-again, off-again poops that were sometimes difficult to pick up, so I tried her on a brand of probiotic packets ($$$!) that were helpful

Some breeders and trainers I know said they use ProBios and it works great - and it does! Highly recommend, and the price is very reasonable!

Helps with allergies

Started using Probios powder in 2000 to treat 2 VERY old equine ‘auction' rescues (30+ yrs each)each w/ severe “Projectile” diarrhea upon arrival, then found their daily “maintenance” dose once normal manure was produced, and kept them on it the rest of their lives till they passed of REALLY old age 7-9 yrs later. They both were able to enjoy pasture, their am/pm hay with their individual breakfast & dinner mash! They slowly gradually gained weight on their ribby bodies & enjoyed their old age w/no ‘belly’ issues. We’ve also keep our rescue dogs(of various ages & history) on a daily maintenance dose which has really helped to keep their digestive health in good shape! I highly recommend the Probios powder for dogs or horses. It’s a great product!!
