How does this product keep the ears dry? Is it a particular ingredient?

PPP Ear Dry Solution contains a blend of cleaners and naturally occurring acids to clean and protect which naturally promotes a healthy and dry ear canal. It also contains a small percentage of alcohol to initially dry excessive moisture. Some dogs have excessive hair blocking the ear canal. In this situation, careful hair plucking can improve the air-flow to the ear canal and can be helpful in addition to ear cleaning.

Smells nice!

It definitely dries out my doggies ears and cleans them. They needed something like this,they kept getting dirty ears and moisture.

Actually cleans my hound's ears!

I have a bluetick coonhound who HATES ear cleaning and gets recurring ear infections. My vet said to get a cleaning product that was also "drying" and sure enough,

My vet said to get a cleaning product that was also "drying" and sure enough, this gets out gunk that I couldn't get with baby wipes, dog wipes, or the vetline ear cleaning. He still isn't a huge fan of ear cleanings, but does tolerate the scent of this one more than the vetline, as well.
