I got this as a cyber Monday deal just to experiment and the cats broke into the bag as soon as it was delivered. They’re refusing to eat their other dry food now

I got this as a cyber Monday deal just to experiment and the cats broke into the bag as soon as it was delivered. They’re refusing to eat their other dry food now that their eyes have been opened to this possibility. So I guess I’m upgrading to bougie cat food to avoid a hunger strike. My cats have become too aware of my tax bracket but they don’t care. They demand this food and I must oblige.

A great option to try for finicky kitties

I was looking forward to trying the Pureluxe grain free holistic primarily because it was labeled “for finicky cats” and it did not disappoint. I have two very picky eaters and upon first introduction my Willow thought I was giving her a treat and kept asking for more - I was shocked! Mr. Toliman was slightly skeptical at first but he also went for it - and he is a cat who hasn’t touched ANYTHING I’ve offered him, beside his one specific food, for the past 3 years (and that includes treats)! I think the small kibble size is particularly appealing to cat and easy for them to eat. But the biggest sell for me on this was the result of a feral cat I had trapped for TNR. She had some complications from her surgery and had to be crated and confined for an extended period. She had begun to shut down and was refusing to eat. We offered her an endless variety of foods to no avail until I decided to offer her this. She ate (much to our relief!) and despite being offered other options, this was the dry food of choice for her the whole time she was in our care. She recovered, had strong nutritional support through the premium quality ingredients (deboned chicken is the first thing listed - yay!) and was able to be released successfully. I’m really grateful I found this.

All five of my domestic shorthair indoor cats give the PureLuxe Grain Free Holistic Dry Cat Food made with Chicken a Five Star Review. All of the cats gobbled this food down with no reservations and some of them can be picky sometimes. I have older cats including one insulin dependent diabetic cat and typically look for High Protein, Grain Free food to keep all of them as healthy as possible. The PureLuxe has Omega 3 Fatty Acids W/DHA along with Prebiotics + Active Probiotics for digestive health in addition to being Grain free and High Protein (min 35%).

The food is holistic and has antioxidant super foods , and also prebiotics and probiotics for digestive health. The kibble pieces are on the smaller side which seems easier for cats to eat.
