The gentleman I talked to was considerably polite and considerate. I ordered dry cat food that my cat that unfortunately she did not like. I offered two bags of it, one is now open the other is not opened at all. I offered to send the unopened bag back to chewy but the representative said no, donate it to an animal society in your area. But yet, he still gave me the full refund. I thought that was extremely nice of him. I've dealt with Chewy for many years, never had a problem with them

A few months ago, my youngest cat was diagnosed with IMHA, a critical immune disease that causes anemia. On top of her medications and our weekly blood checks, I wanted to alter her diet a bit to help her get all the protein and iron she needs. This is a great food! Small kibbles, so easy for little mouths to eat. She really enjoys it, and I feel good about being able to give her something with high protein! Very reasonable price, and I trust the Purina brand name.
