I don't think this is a bad food. I'm sure it's high quality, which is why I bought it, and both cats liked it. I purchased it specifically for the probiotics. My cat Lucy has a sensitive tummy, and I was trying to figure out some foods that would help her have firmer stools. The vet said probiotics would help, so I switched her from Iams to this. It helped only a little. To be fair, we think the Fancy Feast was giving her the upset tummy, and we'd been giving that to her the whole time. It was only when I switched her dry food to Hill's perfect digestion that she started having more solid poos (as opposed to mushy logs). Maybe it would have worked better if I hadn't been giving her the wet food, but since I saw improvement once I started the other food, this one isn't for us.

Pro plan

It was so easy to order and delivery was perfect to the house. I like this so much better than having to go in the store and lug these large bags of food to my car

The cat food is cheaper on line than in the store. The store says they will email me coupons and never does. Im done with the Pet store. I think me and Chewy are new friends. Thanks! LOL!!!

Found Dry Food That All Cats Like

I have my two indoor cats who have regularly eaten Purina Pro Plan Chicken & Rice for almost 3 years. We have tried other brands, but Pro Plan is their favorite

I have my two indoor cats who have regularly eaten Purina Pro Plan Chicken & Rice for almost 3 years. We have tried other brands, but Pro Plan is their favorite. Pepper is either someone’s pet or a stray and I feed him Pro Plan too on his nightly visits.

Something has changed

My cat has been eating this since 2021 and it has always his favorite, to the point he boycott any other food I tried. In the last 6 months there have been bags

My cat has been eating this since 2021 and it has always his favorite, to the point he boycott any other food I tried. In the last 6 months there have been bags of food that smell absolutely horrible. Cat food has a smell but it’s so strong that it’s unpleasant and my cat avoids it. When he does eat it you can tell he is doing it because he has to. Then we get a new bag and it’s back to normal. Going to try something else now I guess.

I can't tell you how many different dry cat foods I've been going through to find for my 15 yr old cat that he would eat consistently until I switched to pro plan

I can't tell you how many different dry cat foods I've been going through to find for my 15 yr old cat that he would eat consistently until I switched to pro plan. He loves it. I use it as a supplement to his wet food to help balance out his daily needs and so far, so good! He's a picky eater, so this is a win for both of us.

It was to the point where they chose to starve themselves rather than eat this stuff. Truly shocking and I’m upset, what a waste and disappointed cats.

The cardboard cover of the case of food slipped off and 4 cans were dinted and 2 of those cans were open and leaking. I do LOVE that I am able to get exactly what I want and get it quickly!!
