Damaged cans again

I received another package of damaged cat food cans. I can't understand why your packaging guys place the cans in the corners instead of in the center of the package

I received another package of damaged cat food cans. I can't understand why your packaging guys place the cans in the corners instead of in the center of the package. The cardboard that's supposed to protect the cans from damage is also in the middle. The Chewy packaging box used to be made of thicker cardboard. Cat food is getting more expensive, and the packaging is getting worse. 15-20% has to be thrown away. Please provide packaging that protects the cans from damage.

Grain-free, no chicken

It has beef and vegetables. My cats like the turkey vegetable the best, but it didn't come in the 5.5 ounce cans. Now neither one comes in 5.5 ounce cans.

They don’t put out a consistent product. One second my cat loves it, the next batch she won’t touch. I can tell something is different with the consistency of the

This isn’t fair to the customers who buy these in bulk and then have to donate them and figure something else out for their pets.
