Just received our first case of Purina Pro Plan sensitive skin & stomach turkey oat meal. I have a cocker spaniel and they sometimes have allergies, she gets mild summer allergies and I wanted to try something that has good ingredients, but also addresses sensitive skin. Purina Pro Plan is a win win for both. The ingredients are good and she really loves it. It has nice little chucks of meat with rice, oat meal & gravy. This is something you might want to try if your dog has any of these sensitivities.

Good for sensitive stomachs

I don’t always feed my dog canned food but when I do, she eats it with relish and has no tummy problems. Feeding it to her periodically doesn’t bother her stomach

I don’t always feed my dog canned food but when I do, she eats it with relish and has no tummy problems. Feeding it to her periodically doesn’t bother her stomach. She tolerates that well. The ingredients are listed in French only , which I don’t like. Second ingredient is turkey though!

My dogs have been on the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Systems kibble for many years now. It has helped them both have firmer stools and fewer digestive incidents. I was so excited to see this product to add to their meals. I have given them both canned food to supplement their meals, especially my older dog, and they both obviously enjoy the wet food, so I wasn't expecting anything different. WELL. My 13.5yr old Bouvier was barking and jumping up and down at this food. The poodle would eat a shoe and be excited, but he was even more thrilled. The canned food comes in pieces, with bits of rice and a clear gravy. Clearly it is delicious for the dogs and it makes me happy to see my old girl act like a puppy again.

I was anxious to try the Purina Sensitive Systems food. I started mixing it in with my dogs regular dry food and progressed to the canned food only. First, my little guys (only 1 yr old and 12 lbs) absolutely love the taste and better yet, NO negative effects on their systems. This is the FIRST canned food that doesn't give them loose stools or an upset stomach. If you've been searching for a canned food that is "safe" for your dogs with sensitive systems and they will love like I was, definitely try the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Systems.

This food has been wonderful for him. He has ate it consistently for 3 weeks and we can already see a difference in his energy level as well as less skin and stomach irritation.
