Transitioning Food

I was transitioning my 15 month old large breed puppy from the Beef & Rice Puppy Chow to the Large Breed Puppy formula, but when I went to order that food again

I was transitioning my 15 month old large breed puppy from the Beef & Rice Puppy Chow to the Large Breed Puppy formula, but when I went to order that food again it had been discontinued. This was the next one so, had to start over blending his food with this formula. Thankfully, he loves it and is doing great on it. As long as he continues on this path I will keep him on this food.

This bag of food lasted several days longer than other brands we have purchased in the past. The dogs seemed to enjoy it and cleaned their bowls, however the pieces are pretty large. The bigger sized bits encouraged them to eat more deliberately (1 or 2 pieces at a time), but they definitely prefer smaller bites.

We’ve been very satisfied with Purina Pro Plan foods in the past. Our two large dogs are never picky when we serve Pro Plan. At their last appointment, our Vet was pleased to hear we were feeding them Pro Plan and they both had a perfect clean bill of health. My only criticism is the last two purchases, the food was very crumby. A large portion of the nuggets were ground up in powder-like crumbs.

My dog, Ari has been struggling with stomach sensitivity. She was on prescription food for sometime.. but decided she just can’t eat it anymore because of the flavor

I buy the canned food as well. She can’t get enough. Now she wakes me up early in the morning to have breakfast. Before it was a struggle to eat breakfast by 3 o’clock.. I don’t need to eat
