All foods will have ash. This is not an ingredient. Ash is what is left over after a product is cooked at very high temperatures, which destroys the organic material (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), and leaves behind the inorganic, non-combustible minerals known as ash.

One dog takes it and the other dog won't.

It's so large that I can't hide it in chicken skin for my little dog who doesn't like it. I just ordered another bottle but the dog who was willing to take it died

It's so large that I can't hide it in chicken skin for my little dog who doesn't like it. I just ordered another bottle but the dog who was willing to take it died and the new bottle is now sitting on my counter. Also, I looked up the organism it contains, and learned on Perplexity AI, that it is only one of many recommended healthy bacteria that supports the dog. I wish they include the other recommended ones also.

Our poor little Lab pup came to use with all kinds of GI challenges. It has taken us 2 months to finally get her gut settled and I attribute it at least in part to the use of this supplement. So easy to give, tastes great (at least she is more than happy to gobble it down), and works better and faster than the other poop supplements that we tried. House training a pup is not easy when they have diarrhea! Thank goodness we are over that now!

It helps prevent loose stool!

When we adopted Beau as a puppy, he had girardia and tape worms. That was 8 years ago. He still has gastrointestinal issues that I have to assume are related to an impaired microbiome from his worm situation. Our vet started him on this probiotic after treating the worms. We’ve tried going without it a handful of times, but the same issues keep coming back. So we will happily continue to provide this for him for the sake of solid stool! He stays very regular with this; and is otherwise a happy, healthy boy. He takes this just like he would a treat, and i give it to him at bedtime to be consistent. 100% recommend!

Not sure it’s for all dogs

Larger pills, my 15 year old small dog wouldn’t eat it, too hard to chew. I couldn’t find a chart.. basically says 1 per dog. I don’t see how that’s beneficial

Larger pills, my 15 year old small dog wouldn’t eat it, too hard to chew. I couldn’t find a chart.. basically says 1 per dog. I don’t see how that’s beneficial for a 10 pound dog verses a 61 pound dog. Had bought to give to a couple of our dogs.
