Most cats eat many times during the course of a single day. A recommended feeding schedule for an Adult cat is to offer half the daily amount for breakfast and another half for dinner. Vary the amount fed according to age, size and activity level of your pet. Kittens and pregnant or lactating females should have food available throughout the day, so split their total daily amount into several meals. The total daily amount for kittens is approximately 1 - 2 . For lactating females, the amount varies with the number of kittens, but is approximately 1 - 3 and 1 - half .
Because Rachael Ray Nutrish may offer different ingredients than your cat is used to, it may take up to 10 days for your cat's system to become acclimated to Nutrish. Slowly mix with his other food over a five- to ten day period until your cat is solely eating Nutrish.

Seems to be a Winner
By KBGib on Apr 3, 2021
My finicky kitty loves this food. I was looking for a dry food that was nutritious, easy to digest and didn't cost a fortune and this one seems to be a winner! My almost toothless cat doesn't seem to like wet food anymore and she has issues with constipation and not getting enough water, but she really only seems to eat dry food and I am so happy I found something she likes that seems to be working for her. Thank you Chewy!

Cat approved
By Catmama on Mar 13, 2021
My kitties always got their food from Costco, but the last time I got it, it wasn't the regular kibble. It had big round pieces that look like dog food mixed in. I then bought a fancy over priced organic food that neither of my kitties would touch. I grabbed a bag of Rachel Ray in desperation, and my kitties love it. The kibble is very small which is great for my older cat. I will buy it again.

Easy transition
By Boogiesnana on Mar 28, 2021
This was an easy transition for my boys. They loved the flavor, and went right to eating it without having to mix it with their old food..

Not good flavor
By Judita on Nov 3, 2020
I was disappointed in this flavor. Five of my eight cats were puking as soon as they ate this food. At first I was not sure that it was from food, but was wondering what caused this, because it never happened before. However, when it happened the second time, I realized that it was this food that upset them. I immediately changed for the same brand, but chicken flavor and the puking stopped since. The whole bag went to the trash. Yes, to the trash, because I do not give away food that upset my cats. If that happened to my cats it will to the shelter cats too. I would not recommend salmon flavor to nobody's pets.

I love that I could order online and two days later it is on my porch. The dog and cat food is always great.

Great cat food
By llbb on Nov 21, 2020
I saw a review where the cats puked. It could have been a fluke bad bag of food, maybe left in the sun by store when unloading. My cats so far love all flavors but especially the salmon and that's great going into winter. All 12 of them. FYI.. I have acres and inherited wild moms that I fixed as well as all the babies.

My four cats all like every flavor of Nutrish dry food I've tried and I alternate them to give the cats some variety. I can never go wrong buying this brand.

Happy & Healthy
By CrazyCatLady on Nov 21, 2020
I've tried many brands with my multi-cat household. I mix this with another flavor of Rachel Ray. This is one of only two brands that don't give my cats diarrhea & moodiness. They are a happy & healthy group of kitties.
