Questions & Answers

14 Customer Questions

Is the wet food made in the USA? I noticed the back of the box says "product of Thailand". The dry food is made in the USA but I'm wondering about the wet food?
Answer by ChewyJan 14, 2018
Rachael Ray makes their wet food in Thailand. They wanted the best manufacturing facility for their recipes. The facility in Thailand is a state-of-the-art pet food manufacturing facility. Rachael Ray uses human-grade ingredients in a sterile environment and the facility exceeds all FDA regulations for pet food safety.

Why do they put in powdered cellulose...that's wood plup?
Answer by ChewyFeb 20, 2018
A plant-based fiber, cellulose helps plants defy gravity. It helps bind the ingredients helping make the product into pieces or a chew.

What is the ash level in this food? It isn't listed...
Answer by ChewyDec 28, 2022
The Chicken Purrcata has an Ash content of 1.53% as fed and 6.24% on a dry matter basis. The Paw Lickin' Chicken & Liver has an Ash content of 1.54% as fed and 6.22% on a dry matter basis. The Ocean Fish Chicken Catch-iatore has an Ash content of 1.91% as fed and 7.11% on a dry matter basis.

3 Out of 4 Cats Love

I have one picky indoor cat that will always lick the gravey and most of the time will eat the shreds but never the chunks. The 3 outdoor cats (when I mix with dry food) think they went to heaven when I give this to them.

Rachael Ray: Nutrish wet cat food.

It looked and smelled so good I could have eaten it, but I didn't. My two cats L O V E D IT, even the chicken and liver one and both cats wouldn't eat anything with liver even fresh cooked liver. So that really tells you how good it was to them.

This wasn't what I expected. It says on the box that it is Pate. When I see the word Pate I expect it to be smooth and soft. This was very Chunkly, not the least bit smooth, nor was it soft.

Quality food but not everyone's cup of tea

I'm down to one cat now and she's picky!she tried this and will lap at it but she's not chewing very much . She actually prefers refrigerated fancy feast pate she can pick it up easier if it's cold and chopped up. Oh, the chicken and white fish dinner is strong so make sure to clean it up fast or it'll linger!

Our kitty licks the juice off and doesn't each much, if any, of the food

No thank you

My cats don’t like these. They will lick up all the gravy and not eat any of the meat. This is the only food they have done this with so it has me concerned about what it’s actually made of. It’s rubbery in texture, and they don’t want to eat it! I’ve tried it for an entire box with two left. They eat dry food as well so these are just in addition to add more moisture into their diet and give them variety.

My cat's won't even eat it. My younger cat loves the cardboard chewy box better. Sorry!

Unfortunately, there is Carrageenan.

The cats loved this food, sometimes get tired of it but did love it. I liked the ingredients but learning about the carrageenan inside it i will no longer purchase this product. I wish it didn't contain it, its very bad for your kitties and is harmful.
