The instructions say "Do not heat." Does this mean heating is not necessary, or is there a reason the broths should not be heated?
Answer by ChewyMar 01, 2021
We do not recommend microwaving Rachael Ray Nutrish Purrfect Broths All Natural Grain-Free Variety Pack Cat Food Topper due to the foil lining of the pouch. However, other forms of heating the food (such as submerging in warm water) will not cause harm or food safety issues with the product.

They like them All!

I’m amazed that my fussy two kitties actually enjoy all Three of Rachel Rays broths - I think especially the Creamy Chicken. The only other broth I’ve successfully gotten them to devour is simple tuna juice. It’s nice to have these packets, especially when they want just a little bit more to eat before bedtime. Small amount of shredded meat - with a decent amount of slightly thickened juice. Seems to hit the spot!

Yummy Delicious

This cat broth not only looks and smells appetizing, it must be delicious because my finicky cat loves it.

Not interested

I was really hoping that my two male cats would love these broth meals. Nope! They reject them. Maybe because cats are meat eaters, not veggie eaters. Their favorite however, is a stew type from a different company.

Purrrrrrrr

I use the broths as an afternoon treat and my fur babies absolutely loved this broth.

Purrfect Broths

My kitty didn't care for morsels or shreds, but she loved the meat juices. Broths fit the bill nicely and she would drink up every last drop.

Way overpriced

The cats like it okay but its way overpriced and they don't get much out of it. I won't buy it again.

Tasty treat

My cat likes these toppers, but he eats them on their own not on top of anything. There used to be a salmon flavor which I can no longer find, so I hope he likes the remaining choices.

Okay as a Topper

I have been waiting for your Rachel Ray Nutrish moist cat food to become available again. The supply chain has been tough on all of us. I did try this topper in the mean time but Squid was not enamored. She is a very picky eater so others may have much better opinions. A little pricey, too.

Didn’t Like

None of my four cats like it. They like the Fancy Feast broths but not these.

It’s a hit

My 8 month old kitten will not eat many types of wet food. He loves these.
