Provides a lot of hydration

Both my furbabies enjoyed the broths. I am not a fan - I find it difficult to get the bits out. Maybe there's a trick to it that I haven't tried. It's a shame since

I would have given 5 stars because my cat LOVES Tiki broths, except the packaging is not user friendly. Yuck, it doesn’t reclose, it gets stinky fish smells on your fingers when trying to fold over and put a clip on. My cat doesn’t eat the whole broth in one sitting so I spoon it on his food as a treat. PLEASE, PLEASE Tiki - come up with a new pkg!

My cat is obsessed

Even our sitter commented that my cat LOVES this broth. Great way to sneak some hydration to top their dry food if your cat won’t eat wet food.

Honestly, when it comes to quality, this is a 5-star product. The reason why I am only giving it 4 stars is that, economically, it is not 5 stars. The single-serve pouches are very convenient and easy to use. Its perfectly dosed out. So you can skip the careful measuring, and each pouch even has some shreds of the meat. If you are on the go, it's an easy way to give your cat's food extra flavor, nutrition, and hydration. However, long-term, it's not the most economical way to feed your cats broth. Once you've figured out what flavor your cat likes best. It's far cheaper to just buy a carton of cat-specific broth of that flavor and feed it to them that way. As for the shreds of meat? It would still be more economical to get Tiki cat after dark+ shreds and just top your cat food off with that to perfectly replicate the broths. Is it more time-consuming/less convenient? Absolutely. But will your wallet thank you? Also absolutely. This is especially true if you are in a multi-cat household and tend to go through food fast. If you only have one or two cats and add broth as a treat? This is perfect for you. Just not the most economical for someone with 4 cats that demand broth daily in their meals.

Stupid expensive, but worth it for us!

Our cat, Stink, only likes hard food except for Fancy Feast which our vet refers to as Kitty Crack, but it gives her the foulest smelling diarrhea. The vet says she has to have more moisture in her diet but it’s been impossible because she hates everything we try. We went back to kibble and started trying toppers. These broths worked! She loves them on the kibble, cries for it even! And no explosions in the litter box, or having to clean her furry gauchos! She’s a long-haired cat, you either get it or you don’t.

I have a picky cat. I’m talking, he’ll eat the same food for a couple of days and then decide it’s clearly poison. He likes this. He likes the “goo”. He’s a goo man, ya see. The gooier the food, the happier he is. I like that I can add this to regular wet food and it tricks him into thinking it’s something new.
