Do you have to use all the panels or can you use 1 less if not needed that long?

When used as a gate between two walls, additional panels can not be added as the gate is designed to fit openings 50.5 inches to 192 inches. When used as a play yard, panels must be added or subtracted in sets of two for the freestanding enclosure to function properly.

Do you have to take the brackets off the wall to remove the gate only to put it back hours later?

It is possible to remove the gate, without removing the wall mounts once attached to the wall.

Is there a way to add a door panel for ease of use for the humans in her life?

This gate features a walk-through door designed with a double lock lever handle allowing adults to easily pass through. However, you can not add an additional door.

Can this be freestanding gate

This can be used as a freestanding gate in the form of a play yard. Otherwise we do recommend that it be mounted to a wall due to its length.

Loved this and were happy to find it. We had one for our other pup but we were caring for two of our daughter's new pups while they vacationed. This one was able to attach to the earlier model and really saved us. It gave the pups more space to play and provided two separate areas when we fed them.

Wish I could give 0 stars. For one it's impossible to get the rods to stay where they need to be. They don't fit unless you pry them in. The pieces that you tighten

Wish I could give 0 stars. For one it's impossible to get the rods to stay where they need to be. They don't fit unless you pry them in. The pieces that you tighten come loose and fall leaving your gate to fall apart. Worst gate ever.
