Not bothering for a third attempt

Chewy customer service: 10/10, always. Whoever manufacturers this product -200/10. I don’t have the first shipment’s photos anymore, but this is the replacement

Chewy customer service: 10/10, always. Whoever manufacturers this product -200/10. I don’t have the first shipment’s photos anymore, but this is the replacement bag that also arrived with its bag opened and all over the place. Its hole this time was in the top, where there should be a seal. The former, there was a tear at its base. This really isn’t a product I would expect to be so difficult to arrive intact. Within the initial shipment, a giant 10 lb bag of sand came whole and fine. The product’s pieces aren’t sharp. Guess it’s just a company I won’t bother with and neither should you.

How much the chips expanded and how soft they were.

I used this as substrate at the bottom of my parrots’ cages (2 of them are special needs). It helped with maintaining their cages best and tidy, as well giving additional

I used this as substrate at the bottom of my parrots’ cages (2 of them are special needs). It helped with maintaining their cages best and tidy, as well giving additional enrichment. The husk chips were surprisingly soft even after a couple of days (I had soaked these in a bucket) which I appreciate. Any pieces that were kicked out I just vacuum without issue. Definitely recommend for birds as well. Will be purchasing more soon.
