The opening for the small shelter is 1 inch by ¾ inches, the opening for the medium shelter is 1 ¼ inches by 1 ½ inches, the opening on the large shelter is 2 inches by 2 inches.

If I purchase the large, will an adult leopard gecko be able to use this?

A Repti Shelter, Habba Hut, or Cork Bark will provide your Leopard Gecko a secure hiding place to help reduce stress. The Medium size measures 4 x 7 x 7 inches and the Large size measures 6 x 12 x 11 inches.

Where can you put the humidity sponges?

The 3-in-1 cave opens up, and the top comes off so a sponge could be put inside the shelter. Zoo Med advises using the sphagnum moss moistened in the hides there.

Looks nothing like the photo on the box

While the size of the cave seems fine, they should not be showing a box photo that makes it look realistic. The box photo has a rock formation that is much sharper,

While the size of the cave seems fine, they should not be showing a box photo that makes it look realistic. The box photo has a rock formation that is much sharper, with white highlights on the edges. The cave itself just looks like a hastily thrown-together ceramic that was airblasted. Frankly, It just looks like a cheap blob. If you're going to use a more "earth friendly" material, that's totally cool, but don't falsely advertise.

Doesn't look like the picture

Like the title says, it doesn't at all look like the picture. Looks very unrealistic and honestly doesn't even look like a rock like structure, more like a turtle

Sharp points everywhere

Not sure I will keep this. I am surprised at how many sharp points are inside the hide that could scratch or cut my ball python. Why would this not be caught

Not sure I will keep this. I am surprised at how many sharp points are inside the hide that could scratch or cut my ball python. Why would this not be caught by quality control? I'm very disappointed as this size is perfect for my ball python and while I would like to use it, unless I can find a way to file down the sharp spots and edges this is a no go for me. I expect more for the price.

Poor Quality Control, Sharp Edges

It's the right size for my leopard gecko to use as a humid hide with moss inside, but I had to file down a bunch of sharp edges, especially in the entrance hole

It's the right size for my leopard gecko to use as a humid hide with moss inside, but I had to file down a bunch of sharp edges, especially in the entrance hole because they definitely would've cut him. The top also doesn't fit perfectly on the bottom, so if he climbs on it, the top slides around and startles him or makes him fall off.
