Empty, Chewy & Ontrac Fault

This is why you can't purchase anything liquid from chewy because all they do is just place a piece of paper on top, and don't bag and tape the top of the items

This is why you can't purchase anything liquid from chewy because all they do is just place a piece of paper on top, and don't bag and tape the top of the items. This was shipped by Ontrac which is the most horrible shipping company around, I mean just look at the reviews. Placed the complaint through Ontrac all they do is say thanks for the feedback. Already emailed Chewy, let's see what happens. But because the spray that opened during delivery because Ontrac dented the package this item is now soaked inside. And the box for the items was way oversized, no wonder everything got tossed around. So the bottle arrived empty and all contents soaked. This ongoing situation is what makes Chewy awful most of the time.

Cleans cat vomit NOT urine

Works great for cat vomit on carpet. Does NOT eliminate cat urine on carpet. Not even after multiple soaking applications that are allowed to sit for extended times

Does Not Work

I have a kitten, he is litter box trained but i fear there is a corner of my carpet that had a previous pet urinate because he continues to go back to this spot

I have a kitten, he is litter box trained but i fear there is a corner of my carpet that had a previous pet urinate because he continues to go back to this spot i tried putting the litter box on top but a corner very close we were having the same problem. he uses the other litter box in our house with no issue. i tried this product to hopefully eliminate the smell however it did not get rid of the odor and now the corner smells like this spray which is a strong menthol scent on top of urine. would not recommend.
