The product started off doing wonders for my dogs ears at the beginning, but it unfortunately wasn’t enough alone to help let completely and stopped having any effect as time went on. For milder cases this would probably work though, and it was definitely worth a try!

I purchased this item at the recommendation of many sites as being the best. While it did the job it was supposed to, my dog unfortunately is allergic, so I cannot use it. I think that people purchasing this item should pay close attention to the effects that it has not only in the ears, but everywhere else because it may be too strong for your fur baby. I gave it two stars because my dog’s ear is nice and clean, but the effects are too strong for him.

It states it is gentle but after using two times it turned his ears red & irritated. I had to stop using & put petroleum jelly on his ear flaps to heal. I did see the wax come out from the ear canals but it was too harsh for his ears.

Love this stuff

After every bath, we use this to clean their ears. It smells divine and the girls don’t mind it- works really well to loosen up that dirt and get it out of the ear!

I have to give my cat transdermal ear cream for hyperthyroidism which requires us to clean her ears twice a day every day. We had been just using a washcloth with warm water but our vet recommended this and it has been a game changer. Plus it smells nice! Highly recommend this one.

I’m a vet tech and we use this in our clinic, and I use it at home with my own dogs as well. Personally I use it on a cotton ball to clean out dog ears. It’s just easier and less likely to leave the ear canal damp and risk infection. Love this stuff! Especially having a Frenchie who is prone to ear infections

Don't have much for comparison, but

compared to how much kitty's ears bothered her before and after Virbac, it's night and day. I'm going to try some other brands, but would definitely purchase this

I don’t know if it was just my cat, which is what people need to understand that everyone’s animal is not going to have the same reaction to a certain product. This is something I would never use again or recommend to anybody using what I would recommend honestly is using distilled water and a cloth and just wiping the outer of their ear. Do not try sticking your finger directly into their ear, obviously you can tell if you stick a Q-tip too far in your own ear it don’t feel too great consult with the vet before you get anything to put into your cats ear, especially because if they have a ruptured eardrum, it could cause serious damage and pain

Great

Gentle cleanser, yet effective! We don’t squeeze it into our dog ears , instead I soak up cotton ball and gently swipe around each ear. Our dog is more comfortable
