Ingredient Information

Feeding Instructions

Support Your Cat’s Digestive Health

Does your cat have a sensitive digestive system? A sensitive stomach and digestive tract may result in poor stool quality, which can be a sign of poor digestion. Royal Canin Digestive Care foods can help your cat get back on track.

Digestive Care

With highly digestible proteins and a blend of prebiotic fibers, Royal Canin Digestive Care cat formulas can help your cat achieve over 95% healthy stool quality in as little as 10 days.

Wet & Dry Options

Try a mixed dry and wet feeding routine. The mechanical tooth-brushing action of crunchy kibble helps reduce tartar formation, while moist wet food supports healthy hydration. Follow feeding guidelines to determine how much to feed your pet.

I have one cat with constipation issues along was not wanting to eat canned food. After taking him to the animal hospital to relieve the constipation, I was advised to change his food to Royal Canin digestive care. I started giving him this canned food and he eats it every time now. He also likes the slices in gravy and not the loaf, so I won’t be getting the multi pack anymore when we stick with getting him the slices and gravy instead. He’s also not constipated anymore. I couldn’t be more pleased with this product. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. But I will find a way to pay for it to keep my cat healthy.

My furry friend’s life, I’m afraid, would have been lost if my veterinarian hadn’t recommended the Royal Canin gastrointestinal sensitive. She couldn’t keep anything down and was relying on IV fluids to keep her alive until she tried this food for her gastritis. She is thriving and happy. Me too!!!

Since Purina seems to have discontinued my tortoiseshell cat's Fancy Feast Chunky Turkey Feast, I've been desperately searching for a replacement for this longtime favorite pate. She loves the dry food by Royal Canin but something about this did not meet her exacting standards. While I expect that the texture may have thrown her off, her approach to the food dish was such that I finally gave up, realizing that she would rather starve than even smell this version.

Royal Canin Digestive Care cat food

My cat Beau liked this food very much. Sadly he is not with us anymore due to health issues. I gave the bag of food to a lady who works in a doctor's office.

This food has done wonders for my cat!

I switched my cat to this food after he started throwing up almost every food. I got him. He’s struggling with some health issues and I’m going back back-and-forth to the vet to try to figure out what’s going on with him, but this food has helped him throw up so much less and he has even gained 1 pound! I am beyond grateful for the recommendation from my friend for this product!

Would rarely eat it

Turns out that some other food (Fancy Feast Petites) caused the vomiting. Didn’t need it.

Not what I expected. They are 'meh' about this.

First off, most of my cats love the Aging pate cat food of this brand, which was a surprise, as I have a few fussy eaters. I thought they would like other flavors of this brand so wanted to try this, as my daughter's cat goes bonkers for this in the pate version. Again, I am glad this was a small trial size case, as they ALL leave the chunky version, and unenthusiastically eat the pate version.
