There really isn’t much more to say about this. It’s as advertised. It’s not too sharp and it works just fine if the dog lets me it. And that’s a big iF. So many dogs do not like to be groomed. But the tool works as advertised. I can only now get my dog to work as advertised.

Works great for long-haired cat

We have a long-haired cat and have tried every kind of brush (slicker, comb etc) and none of them ever really got the fur out however she would shed little hair

We have a long-haired cat and have tried every kind of brush (slicker, comb etc) and none of them ever really got the fur out however she would shed little hair "tumbleweeds" all over the house and was having hairballs frequently. This brush WORKS. It gets those tumbleweeds out of her coat so well. The brush doesn't really hold the hair so it does make a mess and you need to vacuum after (or do it outside if you're using it on a dog) but other than that this brush is great! The size is fine for a 9lb cat, would be too big for a kitten or a very small cat though.
