Safari Massage Cat Brush

I bought this brush on recommendation from customer service for my cat Tansy. My 16yr old boy who didn't like to be brushed loved this brush! It brushes and massages. Unfortunately, that first session with this brush was his last one, as I had to make the painful decision the next morning to have him put to sleep. I am so glad that I was able to give him that gift of a lovely massage and gentle brushing that evening. I even took a video of it to share with my friend, who I then gifted the brush to for her 2 kitties, who also love it! This silicone brush is the best brush ever! A must have for finicky cats.

It’s not a brush in that it doesn’t pull out loose fur

As others stated here, the brush works wonders at quickly removing loose fur. However, it does not collect the fur as most brushes do. So, my advice is to brush the cat with this but have a second comb/brush on hand to collect the loose fur. Additionally, use this in an area where you can vacuum shortly thereafter. I use this on both of my domestic short-hair cats; one loves being brushed and the other does not. This does the trick but both leave an explosion of "bunnies"!
