This collar does not feature a separate ring for attaching ID tags.

In detail, please tell me how to open. I just pulled it apart to put on my cat but what about taking off? I pinched and squeezed in every direction. What is the secret?

To open, hold the collar on either side of the clasp. Give it a quick sharp tug. It should come apart.

Wasted Money

I adjusted the collar to the appropriate length for my cat’s neck before putting it on her. The collar came off three times within the first hour so I left it off

I adjusted the collar to the appropriate length for my cat’s neck before putting it on her. The collar came off three times within the first hour so I left it off. The snap on the collar does not stay engaged, it pops open very easily. I am very disappointed with the product. I will have to buy a replacement this weekend since this one is not functioning properly.

I have never bought a breakaway collar before, but I like it very much. Our kitty is gray and white and the neon pink looks so pretty on her. I wasn't able to attached

I have never bought a breakaway collar before, but I like it very much. Our kitty is gray and white and the neon pink looks so pretty on her. I wasn't able to attached her rabies and name tag where the little bell is, but was able to attached it where the fastener meets. Arrived within 2 days of ordering. I love Chewy!!

Irritated my cats neck

My cat was constantly scratching at the collar, so much that he scratched up his neck. All was fine when I replaced the collar with a different brand. My only guess

My cat was constantly scratching at the collar, so much that he scratched up his neck. All was fine when I replaced the collar with a different brand. My only guess is the metal clasp that presses against his neck was irritating his skin. The metal clasp should be designed with cloth going over it so it doesn't touch the cat's skin.

No place to clip on ID tag

While I love the color and quality of this collar, unfortunately there is no place to attach a keychain/ ring that contains your pet's ID tag. Every other collar

While I love the color and quality of this collar, unfortunately there is no place to attach a keychain/ ring that contains your pet's ID tag. Every other collar I have ever purchased has some spot where you can attach it. I spent 30 minutes and nearly destroyed a couple fingernails trying to jam the ring onto the tiny crimped spot on the metal piece where the bell is attached. I will never purchase this brand again because I don't want to go through that! If you do not need to attach a tag to the collar, then this is a fine product. But otherwise beware.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about a collar, but here goes We have tried 20 other versions, and our cats can pull them off.. I absolutely want the breakaway feature so they don’t get hurt, but our cats are smart enough to put their foot through and pull it off. This collar has a clasp that oscillates, making it more obviously comfortable for our cat and he does not try to take it off. I used a sharpie to put his name and our phone number on the collar will buy them again.
