Perfection

So, my cat is on one and a half of these twice per day due to fluid around his gigantic heart. These have saved his life. They are half the price, here on Chewy,

So, my cat is on one and a half of these twice per day due to fluid around his gigantic heart. These have saved his life. They are half the price, here on Chewy, that I was paying for them elsewhere. They are also the least problematic medication out of the 6 that my two cats take. They break along the score line really well with just a bit of pressure. They actually crumble if using a pill cutter, so snapping them is way better. They are tiny compared to the other pills they take, and they are more structurally sound than the other tablets (both of which need to be cut twice for the right dose T.T). The only issue I have with this medication is simply that my cat can cheek it without me noticing and spit it out somewhere else. So, really, thats actually also praise for this medication not being unbearably gross. So, check to make sure they've swallowed it before they walk away, lol!

Better than the generic

These are harder than the generic and they split MUCH better. My cat is also doing very well on them. This is my first prescription with Chewy and the order arrived

These are harder than the generic and they split MUCH better. My cat is also doing very well on them. This is my first prescription with Chewy and the order arrived super fast. The price was also much better than through the Vet. I also found something online that was talking about Salix and it mentioned that it is easier on the cat's stomach because of the pH of these pills compared to some generic brands.

Worst customer service

Contacted customer service and spoke with Lauren about my urgency to get the furosemide for my dog. She had absolutely no interest to help and zero compassion. She

Contacted customer service and spoke with Lauren about my urgency to get the furosemide for my dog. She had absolutely no interest to help and zero compassion. She simply read the status to me and totally ignored my point of why the order was hold up simply because the quantity didn’t match what was in the refill. I can understand if there’s nothing she could do to speed up the process but she was so heartless to not even acknowledge my concern. As of now my order is still showing in review and it’s the 4th business day already when the med should still have one refill left without them needing to contact the vet for approval. Worst customer service!!!
