I used the Seedshub Pet Hair Dissolver on dark navy bedding with a velvet-like finish, which is honestly one of the toughest fabrics to clean when it comes to pet hair. We have both a husky and a bloodhound, so shedding is constant and heavy, especially on bedding. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product worked overall. After using the dissolver as directed, a significant amount of embedded pet hair was removed from the fabric. The velvet-like texture tends to trap hair deeply, but this product loosened and lifted most of it during the wash. While it didn’t remove every single hair (there was still a small amount left behind) the improvement was very noticeable, and the bedding looked much cleaner and fresher than before. Considering the amount of hair we deal with on a daily basis, I still consider this a very effective result. The sachets themselves are easy to tear open, which is a nice convenience, especially when doing laundry quickly. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making it simple to use without any guesswork. Overall, this is a good product for households with heavy-shedding dogs. While it may not achieve 100% hair removal on challenging fabrics, it performs well enough to make a real difference and is definitely worth using as part of a regular laundry routine.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Seedshub Pet Hair Dissolver and would absolutely use it again. I have three dogs and one cat, so pet hair gets everywhere, no matter how careful I am. I use this on the clean cycle, not with clothes, and it makes a big difference. After running the cycle, I can actually see how much hair it helps remove from the washer. It cuts down on leftover pet hair that would otherwise end up stuck to the next load of laundry. It’s simple to use, does exactly what it claims, and gives me peace of mind knowing my clothes aren’t picking up extra hair from the machine. For a busy, multi-pet household, this has been a genuinely helpful find.

The product came quickly and arrived in protected packaging. I’ve never tried this form of laundry machine cleaner before, so was interested to see what it entailed. It is powder, and you dump the whole packet into the washing machine. It says to wash on clean cycle, but my washer is older and doesn’t have that. Instead, I washed it on small load, heavy, hot water and double rinse. The washing machine came out pretty clean! This product will come in handy when I’m ready to clean the washer again, especially from Guinea pig and dog laundry!

I was a little concerned at first because there was a film on my stainless steel tub, but it did come off after another rinse and wash load. I will definitely be using this regularly to clean the washer. We have two Pit Bulls So their shedding is short straight hairs that stick like needles into fabrics. It worked well on our solid brown sofa cover, but I am disappointed that I can’t use it on patterns and I’m a little concerned about using it on pet bedding because of the warnings. I would recommend this to friends.

This is the first time I've had a dog with fur and not hair, and the fur in fabric makes me crazy. It worked on the blankets my dog sleeps on, and there was no scent, which was nice. I am a bit hesitant about using it regularly, as the ingredients must be harsh based on the warnings and the fact it is able to dissolve fur. I had hoped to use it on other blankets, not solely used by the dog, but the label recommends against it.

I bought this to help de-hair a variety of things and the website description described it as something you can add to your wash. Then the box came and it says all

With no explanation why. If it’s not safe for humans why is it safe for my pets? And if ifs not a safety thing, they why? Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

I have two dogs that shed quite a bit all year long. I have to clean dog hair out of my washer weekly. I used this product with the load of the covers for the dog beds, and I was impressed with how there wasn’t the usual hair left on the bed covers and in my washer after the wash cycle finished. I will definitely be buying more and I highly recommend this to anyone with pets in their home.

I clean my washing machine monthly with these- set your washer to tub clean (if you don't have that option, use the hottest water for the longest duration). Great way to sanitize your washer while getting rid of pet hair and dander. Also removes soap scale.

A work in progress....

So far ... OK. I was excited to try this product but then once I received it found out you can't use it on human clothing and that it calls for 2 packs per washing

So far ... OK. I was excited to try this product but then once I received it found out you can't use it on human clothing and that it calls for 2 packs per washing load. I have used it on the tub clean cycle to see if it would help, not sure ...so much dog hair with 2 husky hounds in the house! But I will keep trying and see if it improves.

I did use this product with the "Tub Clean" setting on my washer. Seems to work. However, the instructions for using it with pet bedding states, "Use with Tub Clean

I did use this product with the "Tub Clean" setting on my washer. Seems to work. However, the instructions for using it with pet bedding states, "Use with Tub Clean Setting". They state that to be effective, the hottest water setting must be used. Unfortunately, most of my pet bedding is supposed to be washed in Cold water. Thus the 3 star rating.
