Kittens approved!
When it comes to my 2 kittens who are rapidly growing, I am always looking for the best of the best foods for them. For months, I was using another brand and decided to give this Sheba a try. I really liked that each individual entree is split into half for portion control and not having to waste half of the can. This was perfect having 2 kittens. I also love that it comes with 6 savory chicken entrees and 6 delicate salmon entrees. It allows me to see what they like and switch it up. Half of the side is 1 serving portion. It's very soft and easy to break into smaller pieces and my kittens absolutely loved it! It was gone within seconds! Each package is 2.6oz and half of it is 1.32oz per serving. It's super easy to use, snap, peel and serve. My kittens were easily full and that satisfied their portion. Great to store it away and easy to use. No chances of slicing myself with a can like other brands. Based on what I am seeing, I am making the switch to this brand and the kittens are in huge favor of this!
Sheba kitten perfect portions
My kitten had a plastic allergy, so it is difficult for him to eat the perfect portions on it's own. He absolutely loves them though, so after speaking with his Vet we combine one of his favorite Sheba's portions with two can foods. This curved down his reaction to the plastic and he is getting his favorite. Won't eat unless Sheba kitten portions is added to the mix.
Not a big hit
The momma of 3 foster babies will not eat this. Neither of the other 2 kittens in my care will eat it, either. I have purchased this item in the past and it was a big hit. I do not know what the problem is with it. I will save the rest for the next set of foster kittens that will be here soon.
worth trying
We got a free sample of this product to test, however all opinions are genuine and unbiased. We got options of the Sheba Perfect Portions, we got two flavors: Chicken, and Salmon. Our two indoor kitties (both 12, and big in the long/tall sort of way). They both licked the sauce off and ignored the chunks of the Chicken, and ignored it altogether when mixed. She came back for the (now sauceless) chunks of Chicken later and ate most of it, but not all...and she never leaves food behind. They both only licked the sauce off the Salmon. My mom's mostly outdoor cats and kittens ran every extreme between aggressively inhaling this down, and ignoring it completely. My husband and i didn't test either of the flavors ourselves but they are very stinky, and quite squishy so i think this might also appeal to the much older kitties, too (the super seniors who are old enough to drive, or nearly old enough to vote) .
Loved it!
I received a free sample of Sheba Perfect Portions Kitten Variety Pack in exchange for my honest opinion. My kitten loved it! He seemed to enjoy both flavors and licking the gravy was his favorite part. The portions are exactly right and the trays are easy to snap in half. Just be careful when peeling the top off, sometimes the gravy will splash or leak out but it usually isn't a problem if you open it slow.

The kittens always come running when I put down this food and it’s very easy for them to chew and swallow. It’s wet food so the smell isn’t the best but it’s great for the kittens at a reasonable price

We found a kitten on the round she was so young she wasn’t even walking, that was three weeks ago, she been to the vet and growing fast. And loves her Sheba and is now working on hard food
Kitten's favorite
This is by far my kitten's favorite wet food. This is the only kind that gets finished completely. I love the portion size because there aren't any leftovers. She will not eat wet food once it has been refrigerated so the individual portions work well for us. What I greatly dislike though is the packaging. 2 of them were pierced and leaking inside the box upon delivery. And trying to open them without making a mess is a difficult task. If they change the packaging to something easier I would give it 5 stars.
Be Careful Opening
I received a free sample for my honest review. First I wish all kitty food came like this in perfect portions. Sheba Perfect Portions Wet Kitten Food Pate is the perfect amount for my kitten. No waste. She loved the taste of salmon and ate every morsel. I tried to mix the liquid well into the pate but my kitty goggled it up anyway. Also my adult cats (I have 3) also loved the taste (felt bad only my kitten was getting it so I gave the other perfect portion to my adult cats). I recommend Sheba Perfect Portions Wet Kitten Food Pate, but be careful though when peeling the seal off the portion as the liquid spills out, so peel slowly.
Great portion size
Recently I received the Sheba Kitten soft Pate variety pack in Chicken and Salmon flavors. First reaction upon getting the package, I was super excited about how they are packaged and portioned. To keep our fast growing cat from gorging we have been having to split cans and leave them in the fridge for the next feeding. Not with this, snap apart and 1 meal easy as can be. The one and only complaint or drawback on this product is the food juices that tend to fly everywhere when being opened. I do understand the juice is needed to maintain the integrity of the food, but I dislike that I have to play detective to figure out where the splatters made it. As far as flavors go, Mr. Mew has inhaled them both, but I do feel he moves fastest to his dinner plate when he smells the salmon. Over all amazing and super convenient.
