It is ok.

One of my dogs loves it the other one doesn’t touch it.. I smell something may be it’s why one of them doesn’t like it but I don’t know how do they preserve it!

I was put off by feeding hearts as a treat, but our dogs have so many allergies that we're down to one-ingredient snacks at this point. Our dogs LOVE these. They even come when I shake the bag and that's saying something for my stubborn 7-month-old savages. No weird stuff. Nothing man-made. Do it. Switch from "cookies" to all-natural organ treats!

I recieved these a couple of days ago i have both cats and dogs my dogs went crazy for them and wanted more immediately. I will say after looking at the price of

I recieved these a couple of days ago i have both cats and dogs my dogs went crazy for them and wanted more immediately. I will say after looking at the price of the item it would not be a treat I would purchase based on the $20.00 price range for 3oz and nearly $40 for 8oz. I have an American pitbull around 60lbs and a CANE Corso around 110lbs so one $20 packet of treats will last a quick sitting between the 2 of them. My cats loved them as well they are fairly large treats for a cat so a 3oz bag would last the cats a little while if you broke them up into pieces. They were not messy or crumbly they appear to have oil on them but they didnt leave a resudue anywhere until I broke one in half then it gets messy and oily and smells kind of gross. Overall on a scale of what I buy my pets this isn't one I would personally buy but if you have little or medium dogs and money isnt a factor they do love them. The color smell and texture are average for a typical natural dog treat but the as for the taste my dogs give them a 5 star. They do need to say not for human consumption on the bag I was surprised they didn't.

As soon as the bag was opened, I was mobbed not just by our dogs but by our cats as well! I was pretty impressed at the response as the treats themselves do not have much of an odor at all to my nose. The hearts are about the size of a hearty chicken nugget. There's some oil residue on your fingers when you hold them but it's only a fraction of what you get from handling something like a bully stick. You can break the edges apart but the center is quite dense, which makes sense since it's smooth muscle. Both dogs and five out of the six office cats devoured the snacks!! I love that it's a biologically appropriate, single ingredient snack. We will definitely, definitely be keeping these on hand.
