Shirley K's Senior Cat Litter Box, 30-in, Gray

I have a 17yo cat this is perfect for but would work for any age. It’s expensive for a plastic box but it’s the only one of its type I’ve seen that is actually large, square instead of narrow rectangle, very low entry but high sides, and thick sturdy hard plastic. In general ‘standard’ litter boxes are just way too small for a cat to use comfortably - not this one. I chose the beige because I think it’s easier for my cat to see in dimmer light, and not get disoriented. I thought gray litter in a gray box might be difficult for her, so that’s something to consider. I like the look of the gray box more, but the beige seemed safer. She’s got a plug in nightlight that helps though (you can see in the pic where that ends up sitting in comparison to the box, with the standard outlet height [usa]). I wish something like this had been around years ago instead of having to use an underbed storage tote for a box so she’d have more room. This is so much better & gives her a bit more room. Your cat will like this soo much better than any standard litterbox, but it’s a must for seniors.
