Must have for multiple cats!
I've had this box for a couple months now, and will be swapping out the majority of my other cat boxes for these! With multiple cats of varying sizes, this is the best overall litter box solution. I was reluctant at first to consider this box because it doesn't have a hood, and I was concerned about overspray from my very large Manx and Maine Coon. I ordered it when I ended up with two rescue kittens, one with little munchkin legs. Not only are the kittens able to climb in and out easily, but the large cats don't overspray! The size gives larger cats room to actually use the center of the box, so nothing splashes up the fairly tall sides.
Very large with high sides
I have an older cat with arthritis who was urinated outside every litter box I bought. If they are big and wide, the sides are not high enough. If the sides are high, they are not wide enough. This box is obviously very expensive but it is the only thing that has fixed the problem. And it has a low entry in the front, but the other three sides are high enough for her and it is thick material and well made. It is going to save my floors and me having to clean up every day. Worth it.
Best Litter Box Ever
I bought this litter box when I switched to a new crystal absorbing litter. I have a heavy cat with diabetes who lost hind-end mobility. His back legs were getting coated in wet, clumping pee and I worried about him being wet all of the time and getting sores. The vet recommended switching litters (I should have done that years ago) and recommended a litter box he didn't have to step in and out of. He also needed room to turn around since he's a big guy. This box solved both problems. The only thing I worried about was litter getting swished out the opening when he covered since it's essentially missing a side. I solved that problem by buying a mat to place right outside the box where any litter gets trapped in the holes and I pick it up and dump it back in the box. Two out of my three cats use this box. One couldn't wait to try it. The third is averse to the type of litter, but he is a domesticated stray and has always been a challenge. He will eventually warm up to it, as he did with the other litter we have that he now likes. I really like this litter box. It's much bigger than I was expecting even after reading the dimensions. It's great!
FABULOUS!!!
This Senior Cat Box is GREAT!!! It worked perfect for all of our cats. One of our cats got hurt and couldn't get into a normal height cat box. This Senior box was such a blessing.. perfect level for him to use.
Wonderful litter box
This was a life saver as have 36 pound cat who was so heavy he would chose not to use a confining (normal) litter box ..This was perfect as the front has a lower lip that is easily climbed over . No more accidents!!!

It’s really big but just perfect
With a senior cat seemingly having difficulty squatting due to hip issues (and thus pooping on the rug) I thought that a really wide shallow litter box would be helpful. This is perfect, though it is really huge so make sure your space is big enough. He used it the very first day without a problem.
Huge! Recommended
This is bigger than you think it would be. It's huge! My senior cat was having trouble squatting so she would often "miss". Now she doesn't miss. The other 2 younger cats seem to like the extra space too.
Just what I needed
This is a LARGE box so do your measurements. I bought it for my elderly cat that doesn't squat anymore due to arthritis. She was always missing the box but was trying to do the right thing. No more misses with this box. I searched high and low for a box like this and finally found it. I knocked off 1 star because it is pricey.
The solution to our problem!
My cat is 13+ years of age. She began peeing daily outside the box. We went to the vet, but nothing was working. Since using this litter box, she has not peed on the floor! I’m so very grateful- many thanks from me and Kitty Face!
