Most recently, I used it for a t-post injury on a mule we received, after the injury had occurred. Apparently, he ran through a fence the night before we picked him up. I packed the wound with silver honey, then applied liquid bandage over the wound. Within 3 weeks, the wound was healed, with no proud flesh. This product has been my "go-to" for years. I highly recommend it.

Not so great

I was using this on a wound on my dog and it made it worse. He gets skin lesions. This made it itchy and he really started to itch the wound. Maybe it works better

Buddy’s vet loves this product for small wounds. Easy on Buddy’s skin, good healing properties, and most of all - no awful smell. Buddy actually likes me to apply it on him. He would lick it, but when he does, it doesn’t taste very good. I also use it on his lips every day. He has allergies that manifest in dry, cracked lips. If I use Silver Honey daily or twice a day during outbreaks, his lips stay nice and soft.
