Chickens love 'em!

Sprinkle a few of these dried worms to mix in with your regular scratch feeds and your poultry will notice right away. They'll get very excited and gobble up every one of them. A great treat for your birds.

Bug Grub for the chickens

Chicken Hens? Mini Velociraptors? Turkeys? Treats Cause a Transmorgification

I don't know what I have anymore. I thought I had nice docile Welsummer hens. But THEN . . . I throw a handful of these grub-treats in their playpen and BAM! mini velociraptors running around in there pecking up their treats like they are going out of style. They don't do this with their store-bought ones. Then they were Gobbling like turkeys, gobbling them all up that is. I would say the Small Pet Select Grub Bugs Black Soldier Fly Larvae Treats are a total hit with the girls. Which is good because the price is not bad, the bag is big, not a bag of "bug parts" but big crunchy whole grubs. I feed them one at a time and the chooks manage to NOT get my fingers, but that is like teasing them. Yeah, I recommend them, the ladies recommend that I feed them MORE! uhhhhhh YUMMY?!?!? :) Oh, after their treats, they turn back into docile little hens, until the bag rattles again that is.

Great product

I prefer the black soldier fly larvae product because they are grown and processed in the USA on food waste, and have more nutrition than mealworms. My chickens love them because... treats!!! Feeling so happy Chewy carries these for such a great price.
