I ordered this in anticipation of our new puppy. When we got it, Hedgie and the puppy were the same size, but she loved it. She carries it everywhere and have had to rescue it from the backyard multiple times. Wherever she is, Hedgie is never far away. It seems to be indestructible, although it now has a bald spot in its head. Just in case, we have ordered backup Hedgies.

Not "Great for Tough Play"

My 9-month old puppy fell in love with this toy as soon as it came out of the box, however within 30 minutes, he had a small chunk of the "fur" pulled out. Seems

My 9-month old puppy fell in love with this toy as soon as it came out of the box, however within 30 minutes, he had a small chunk of the "fur" pulled out. Seems that the "TearBlok technology" is only on the front part of the toy, not on the faux fur.
