Smelly but cats love it

My cats come running for this food. They are picky eaters so i was glad to find something they both really like. However, it can not be a 5 star for me because as someone who doesnt like seafood the smell is overwhelmingly fishy. When the can is opened it smells like sardines. Makes me gag every time i open it. The cats enjoy it though. The food has a great appearance - looks super meaty and good quality. The food is in a "gelée" which i feel like thats a filler but the food still looks hearty and full of tuna and shrimp. Overall im satisfied with the food.

Cats love it (but the smell is something else)

All four cats, aged 9-12, loved it. (Two cats are missing teeth and the male is on prescription food for urinary issues. None had any difficulty eating the food.)

All four cats, aged 9-12, loved it. (Two cats are missing teeth and the male is on prescription food for urinary issues. None had any difficulty eating the food.) The food itself is easily recognizable as tuna and shrimp. It is quite smelly (pungent) which attracted the cats to it right away. My cats often leave pieces of food in the bowls but this one they ate all of.

I give Zelda 1/2 of a can each evening as she is a petite feline. I refrigerate the part not used and give it to her the next evening. She quickly began to demand her shrimp dinner and eats it completely, especially enjoying the liquid portion. She eats every bit instead of just the liquid as she has done with some other canned foods perhaps because the meaty portion is in small bits. I do not notice any unpleasant odors associated with this food. My hands are a bit arthritic and I find it a bit difficult to open the can with the pull ring but I manage.

This product was good overall. The contents in each can appeared to be real protein. The actual ingredients detailed on the outside of the can are also great

This product was good overall. The contents in each can appeared to be real protein. The actual ingredients detailed on the outside of the can are also great. High content of protein and in liquid to assist in hydrating the cats. My cats mostly enjoyed it, however the flavors are all seafood base and some of my cats simply don’t enjoy the flavor so it wasn’t loved by each one. The ones that did enjoy it really ate up with no issues. Seemed easy to digest for all regardless, and that’s not always the case when introducing other food than what they regularly consume.

Started off ok. I have 7 cats and only 2 really liked it. Day one it was eaten up but the following days the food was ignored and they looked at me like saying what else you got? This is typical cat behavior for me when it comes to canned food. Fancy Feast fish and shrimp is the only thing they will eat every day. I haven't found the magic replacement yet sadly. For my crew, I will have to say it is a no go.

I opened a can soon after I received it. Unfortunately I was not able to give it to my cats. This has never happened to me but I was unable to use it. I wasn't
