Sturdy, the fact that you can choose whether or not to tilt it is cool. The bowls have a more than adequate capacity and are wide enough to avoid whisker fatigue. I read the measurements and came across the “FRISCO New York Non-skid Ceramic Cat Bowl, Multi Color, 1.5 cup, 1 count” bowls. They’re ever so slightly smaller in diameter but work just as good (tilted or otherwise) and are super cute, if you want to have the choice of a more eye catching bowl to add in the rotation. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these SpunkyJunky ceramic dog bowls! The slanted design makes it easier for my french bulldog to eat without straining his neck, and there’s way less mess around the bowl now. I also love that the slant is optional. You can make one or both slanted. The ceramic feels very sturdy and high quality. The wooden base keeps the bowls stable and adds a really stylish look. The non-slip feature works perfectly. Even my excited frenchie can’t push them around. They’re also super easy to clean and I appreciate that they come as a set of two. One for food and one for water. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something durable, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing!!

As you can see, she really liked the color. She loved how heavy and sturdy the bowls are! .They quality is excellent. She also appreciated the construction and look of the wood holder and the ability to put it at a slant with the included pieces. Overall, she commented on how well made it is, the good size of the bowls for her favorite kibble and water, the color, the weight (so it won't slide when she eats), and how good it looks in our house.

These bowls are super cute! They are substantial and have a good weight to them. My dog has a habit of trying to bury his water when he’s left alone, which creates a rather annoying mess. These bowls stopped the habit! They’re low to the ground but the slight elevation and the optional tilt are perfect. The pegs to prop up the bowls were a little difficult to push in by hand, and I would probably tap them in with a tool like a rubber mallet. But even without doing that they feel secure and snug.

Our dog does great eating from it and the size has encouraged him to finish his medicine every morning without leaving pills behind normally as had happened with a larger bowl.

Also great for ferrets as well. Its unique design allows for adjustments in frame height as well as ability to place the bowl(s) at a 15 degree tilt for ease of feeding for dogs or cats. My beagle enjoys her meals now without gulping it down. The bowl size is perfect for her, too.
