Is there a trick to get it inside of the ball more easily?
Answer by ChewyAug 01, 2017
The easiest way I find to get the treat in is to wet the rim edges all around the treat and put one side in, then slowly push down all of the other sides.

Are there any chicken products in this? My dog is allergic to chicken.

These chews only contain: Wheat gluten, gelatin, water, vegetable glycerin, natural liver flavoring, corn gluten meal, brewer's dried yeast, lecithin, sodium diacetate (a preservative), carrageenan (natural seaweed extract).

Expensive treat. Doesn't last forever. Satisfying for a while though.

I believe all the Everlasting treats are best offered when you need a few minutes to occupy your furry friend. They're expensive treats as are the toys they go in, for what they are. Your four legged companion will likely figure out how to remove the treat quicker each time. Franklin figured out how to remove his first treat in under 10 minutes. The second treat was removed in less than seven. The third was removed in less than four minutes. Since I invested in the toy, I still buy the treats. But, I only offer him a couple a month. My buddy enjoys the brief challenge, the reward, and a satisfying nap afterwards. Therefore, I don't fuss over the cost too much. I can't say it's great. But then Franklin thinks it's pretty good.

Good and durable

Great product. The orange thing this pops into is the only chew toy my dachshund hasn't destroyed! How he puts a hole through the center of this while eating it is a mystery to me but it's definitely super durable for an intensely strong chewer.

We love these

Our pit and lab enjoy these in the plastic holder.. it doesn't take them long to get a good grip and then eat the pieces. Good price for a somewhat fast time. 15 minutes I'd say.

Keeps pups busy

I try to keep one on hand when my brothers dog comes to visit. These keep both dogs occupied and the first to free the treat from the ball always seems to gloat. lol

Puppy and adult dog approved

The dogs love these. Originally purchased for a chewing puppy to keep her occupied but the adult likes them two. I bought two mediums balls and several refills. Long lasting.

These are great. Been getting these for years!

I've been getting everlasting treat ball refills for years for my German Shorthair Pointers. There are so many negative reviews on this product due to people who have no idea how to give it to their dog. Seriously some of these people...smh. You need to use one of the balls this treat is made for. You cant just give it to them without it, OF COURSE they are going to just eat it and be done >.< . I use the double sided treat "ball". have used this one for years but they make a few styles. I use one treat at a time because over time i found out its better to just use one so both sides don't get gross. Now Ive hadd soem of my dogs get these all the way down flat before being able to get it out and eat it. And ive had dogs that have figured out how to pop it out and eat it. With that being said, you need to supervise your dog with this treat. Dont give it to them and leave the house. If your dog is a serious chewer then these probably wont work because your dog may just chew up the treat ball itself. The dental treat refills have a raised top and I have found those were the easiest for my dogs to pop out. Most of these negative reviews are from people that just give this to the dog without the holder, which is NOT how this treat is suppose to be given. Ignore those reviews. I've been getting these for years and will continue to do so.

Loved them.

I bought four of these treats to put in 2treat balls. I was hoping to keep my young Doberman entertained for quite a while with these. Apparently he LOVED them. I was shocked to see that he went through all four in less than an hour. No fault of the treats. I have given them to other dogs and they lasted a LONG time. Archer is 87 pounds and a year and a half, so big puppy, big chewer! He says they were great and can we get more, please! Lol

A fav treat!

Both of my dogs love this treat. Although there is a dispenser available for it, I just give them each one to gnaw on. Constant supervision is required! Def a fav in my house!

Starmark's Impact

Starmark's Everlasting Flavored Dental Dog Treats are wonderful for my Australian Labradoodles. They love everything about it. The taste, the rubbing on their teeth and the battle to keep the Dog Treat as their own instead of sharing with their Brothers or Sisters.

Smell/Flavor seems off

My pups didn't seem to like this flavor at all. It smelled a little off so I don't know if we just got weird ones or if its just a fake liver flavor/smell but they didn't like it. They do like the bacon and chicken ones though. I will say that the rounded top does make it harder for pups who can pull the treat out quickly when it has the ridges, but I still recommend putting it in upside down to make it really hard to get out.
