Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

It is not so everlasting, my Jack Russell ate the entire treat insert that it came with in less than a day. So, keep that in mind. However, she loves this thing and you can also add training treats and other small treats in the other side. Also, the treat it came with smells amazing. Even after she slobbered all over it for hours, it smells like a cookie. No joke. Definitely a good buy, just be sure to order a pack of refills with this item since you will need them pretty quickly.
I decided to try these out for my 2 dogs. Thought it would be a nice treat and give them something to do during the cold days of winter. One dog is more food oriented then the other so it was a surprise to me when neither one knew what to do with them. The balls with a treat inside have been laying out around the house for the past few weeks. Finally the other night my one dog decided to try and get the treat. He succeeded in time and it wore him out as well. So all in all these are great and will help with wintertime boredom if your dogs are not afraid to bite into it.
My Aussie Shepard/collie mix destroyed the large sized ball in less than 8 hours. For this to be a “virtually indestructible” toy that amazes me. My other dog who is my heavy chewer did not destroy this toy which is why i gave it a 3 star. She enjoyed the toy alot and it kept her entertained. For the one who did destroy it I’m very annoyed i bought refills for a toy i can no longer use and it was suppose to be stimulating for him. He is a very smart dog and food goal oriented so i thought this would be a great tool for him. Instead it was a disaster. Below are the photos. I did not read the disclaimer that these can be torn apart so he got it torn pretty good before we realized what he did.
While they love the treat itself, and even my boyfriend and I thought it smelled delicious lol when it's in the ball I think it's too hard to get to and they lose interest quick. Now they've just been sitting around collecting dust as they seemingly gave up on them. Rather expensive for something they won't play with u less I just give them the treat not in the ball.
My dogs do love these. I had to get two bc my dogs won’t share with each other. I’m not sure how much I love them though. The red rubber part seems to be ok for my chewers (got med and large to try for my Keeshonds). The rubber ball is still in tact after two chew sessions so far. The big biscuits that go in the ball however last maybe 45-60 mins. They have figured out how to get it finished pretty quick. But man oh man my one Keeshond got horrible gas from the treat. Phew!! Not sure what ingredient is doing that to him. Wow! Nobody could stand being in the same room. May just put other biscuits or his kibble in it for him. :)
We have bought two (2) of these large BentoBalls. You would think with the name Everlasting - they would be durable. That is simply not the case. PRO - our dog loves the treats and it does keep her busy for 60 - 90 minutes at a time when we give her the treat. She is an aggressive chewer and can finish off the treat in one sitting with just remnants left (the hollowed out ring). CON - They simply aren't made well. On our first purchase, it lasted for three (3) treats. On the third treat, our dog ripped the rubber frame and now it won't securely hold the treat. We purchased a second one because our dog does love them. This time, she literally destroyed the BentoBall in the first 60 minutes of use. I checked their website and they warranty them for 30 days! Yup, they really stand behind their products. I think a 30 day warranty clearly shows you that they know their product is not high quality and won't stand up to the use of your dog. I contacted Starmark and they offered a refund. Get this, they refund the purchase price (not the sales tax) and then they send it via Paypal using a credit card where a fee is assessed. So, you don't even get your full money back. So sad that they can't stand behind their product better. Personally, I would skip buying this product. I know we won't be sending them anymore money.
Ruby is 1 today. We don’t bake cakes or have parties for the kids. I thought about having 1 day a year for all of them to spoil. I decided that they would each get a day (rescues get a day of my choosing). Ruby’s real Birthday is November 26, yesterday and I got her this treat/toy. She’s a giant Doberman and she destroys toys. This toy /treat was cherished! She took it and found a soft and quiet place and was gone for an hour. Once I found her, she had relished the “candy” part, and was working toward destroying the rest of it. She loved this one!! We will be buying many more of these, for sure! Happy Birthday Ruby!!
I was so excited to try this and my girl loved it immediately, however, within three minutes she had popped the center out which quickly became a slobbery mess. My husband and I both tried getting it back in and after several cusswords and a lot of frustration, we gave up. I was super excited about this but now just bummed I wasted more good money on treats that disappoint.
Bought this and I definitely would only use it as an outside toy because my dog did nothing but slobber all over her bed trying to lock, chew, and remove the center. It is messy and pricey.
Our dogs love these treat toys. We give them to our dogs when we need them distracted when we have company over or are out of the house. Takes them about 20 minutes to finish and they absolutely love them. I make sure we are stocked up with them. Cheaper on Chewy than on other sites.
