Wish my dogs liked it but they refused to eat it

I was so hopeful that I had found an alternative to cooking my dog's food every day. The ingredients in this are high quality and the value seems high. That said,

I was so hopeful that I had found an alternative to cooking my dog's food every day. The ingredients in this are high quality and the value seems high. That said, my two dogs refused to eat it. When one of them ultimately sampled it, she vomited it all up.

Nisha rates this product 10/10 for platability, scent, and texture! We received the product within 3 days of ordering and well packaged with dry ice and plenty of padding. I actually wasn’t able to get home to bring it inside when it was delivered for 6 hours in 95F weather and it was still completely frozen, so glad for that. I love that this product is formulated to meet all of Nisha’s nutritional needs. We used it by itself unfrozen the first day, then as a topper, and after that we used it as an enrichment activity while frozen so she would lick it for awhile and chew it better. She hardly chewed it when unfrozen so was gone in an instant but when frozen it lasted maybe 10-15 minutes. Guaranteed to calm her after that! The patties don’t smell bad at all, just a very faint smell of raw meat, but hardly noticeable, much less of a smell than her kibble that’s for sure haha.

Not worth it for our pups

We have four dogs - two loved this and two would not touch it! Maybe it was the flavor but it is quite pricy to try again and risk it! Aside from half our pups

We have four dogs - two loved this and two would not touch it! Maybe it was the flavor but it is quite pricy to try again and risk it! Aside from half our pups not liking it and the price, everything else was wonderful. The packaging was great. It comes in a nice resealable bag and the patties are separated with paper so they were very easy to pull apart. Even the box that we recieved the product in was very well packaged. A lot of dry ice in an insulated box. The ingredients were simple, a very nice topper for our normal dry food. Overall, not worth it for our pups.

Stella & Chewy's Absolutely Rabbit Patties are a game changer! We can now easily offer our dog Rabbit which up until now was hard for us to find. Stella & Chewy's takes all of the hard work out of feeding raw! These are 8oz frozen pre-formed patties. They contain ground meat, ground organs, ground bone plus extra vitamins and minerals. I love that all I need to do is thaw and feed... No complicated math trying to calculate meat to bone to organ ratios and no weighing. Also, it's easy to feed cleanly and without contaminating multiple surfaces. As with all raw, I feed this to him in a clean stainless steel bowl which I sanitize afterwards. Best of all, my Border Collie absolutely loves this food. I believe it is a great source of nutrients for him as he partipates in multiple activities. My dog and I give this a 4 paw up!

I already try to feed my dogs as much raw as possible to offset the cost of kibble. I have 5 dogs so it gets expensive. These are great! I like that the come frozen

I like that the come frozen because then I don't feel pressed to feed it right away. The bag has a zipper to reseal which is fantastic. The best part, my dogs couldn't eat it fast enough. Great product! Highly recommended by my dogs.

I used this as a topper for my three Frenchies, Chihuahua, and English Bulldog. They absolutely loved it and ate it up quickly. Sometimes they don’t finish all of their kibble, but with this rabbit topper they ate all of that, too. Each time I fed them, I put the next frozen patty in a bowl in the fridge don’t would be ready for the next meal. Four of these dogs hand allergies and sensitive stomachs. This did not bother them at all.

Three of my four dogs love this stuff. Ironically I picked rabbit for the one dog who won’t touch it because he’s always catching rabbits. Apparently he prefers them fresh. The patties are a really great size. I used as a food topper and one patty lasted several days for my other three large dogs. It’s really easy to thaw and divide these which I loved. The bag is a good size but still fits easily into the bottom drawer of my freezer so storage is pretty easy. I love the ingredients and would definitely try a different flavor of this same brand.

I saved these for Lilys' birthday, which was the following week. . They were packaged extremely well, completely frozen and generous in size. Let me digress

I saved these for Lilys' birthday, which was the following week. . They were packaged extremely well, completely frozen and generous in size. Let me digress for a moment...Lily likes her base kibble but is given at least 50% real food as a 'topper'. I had the defrosted rabbit patty on a plate while dishing out the kibble, accidently spilling some on the floor, where I expected her to wolf them up, but she completely ignored it having turned into a hyperventilating , quivering mass 100% focused on the rabbit patty. I quickly crumbled the patty on top, placing it in her dinner spot. This dog that calmly eats her meals, slowly and very ladylike turned into a possessed being, inhaling the rabbit ignoring everything else. I have NEVER seen her react to a product/meal like this...whether raw, dehydrated etc I must confess raw rabbit patties were a little off putting initially due to the blood while defrosting, but she has never, ever inhaled anything like this in the 5 years I have had her as a rescue. This by far exceeded all other refrigerated or any other types I have tried. And yes I let her enjoy it spread over 2 weeks. No digestion issues, gas etc. This company is a class act. The down side is that the cost of shipping this very superior product is high. Being that she is my beloved companion I will definitely purchase this going forward, but probably try the less expensive chicken. If she doesn't exhibit the same reaction, I WILL buy this for her special occasions. Being 76 I am not very techie and have no idea how to attach the photos I did take . I can not clearly articulate how much she loved this product...........and strongly urge you to consider it
