Good brand

I gave this 3 stars only because my cats don't like it. But I think stella and chewy's is a good brand. The food looked good in the can and this brand is a healthier

I gave this 3 stars only because my cats don't like it. But I think stella and chewy's is a good brand. The food looked good in the can and this brand is a healthier version than others. My cats have eaten kibble most of their lives so changing to wet food, which is healthier, has been a bit of a struggle. I may try a different flavor and see if they like that better.

My cats love this

My youngest is very picky, and the S&C chicken and duck pates are the only two canned foods she will eat. Must have gone through $50 worth of different foods/flavors

My youngest is very picky, and the S&C chicken and duck pates are the only two canned foods she will eat. Must have gone through $50 worth of different foods/flavors at the healthy pet store. I felt I had to replace their Merrick pate (which they both loved) after it was bought out by Purina.

Sorry! It wasn't like the can given to me as a gift, which had a more meaty quality--like mini-shreds of meat were in it. Both cats ate only a few bites of the plain paste. They prefer more gravy over shreds. Your cat might enjoy it if pate is always the favorite.

My cats wouldn't eat this

I'm sure this is a high quality cat food. That's why I bought it. I was trying to switch my cats over to a healthier cat food & decided to try Stella & Chewy's food

I'm sure this is a high quality cat food. That's why I bought it. I was trying to switch my cats over to a healthier cat food & decided to try Stella & Chewy's food. After a slow transition where I mixed the new food with the old food in varying amounts, I finally switched the cats over to the Stella & Chewy alone. They wouldn't eat it. I ended up going back to mixing it with their old food in order to use it up. I'm sure some cats would like this. I seem to have a particularly fussy bunch of cats who refused to eat this.

Not a good match.

I bought as a recommendation from you and both cats hated it even when mixed with the shredded one. I spoke with someone about it and they wanted to send me a box

I have been under the weather lately and did not have the energy to box it up and send it back but I understand your policy. I’m just disappointed it was not a good match and in the past you would ask to donate it to a local shelter but this time was different. Thank you for trying to help just not a good match.

Added gums

This used to be a 5 star product. Nothing weird inside. Now they've added guar gum so it's just like every other cat food. I'm really disappointed.
