Not quite sure why they refuse to eat it, but the morsels even though frozen were very crumbly and just off, in both bags, delivery was good, box in good shape,

Not quite sure why they refuse to eat it, but the morsels even though frozen were very crumbly and just off, in both bags, delivery was good, box in good shape, the bags looked fine inside but once opened just off looking and both bags looked the same. Not one of them would eat it, sniffed and left their bowls, the company is a great company with many great products unfortunately these bags must just be off maybe, I have no idea, disappointing!

I care about what I feed them and whether or not they like it. My younger Golden is a little picky on what she eats. She's 15 months old & it all depends on the smell to her. She didn't have any problems eating this food.

I tried the “tantalizing turkey” frozen morsels with the 4 dogs currently at my home. The ingredients are excellent. The “morsel” size is very good. The dogs all seem to really love it. The packaging says that it is designed to thaw in “a few minutes”, and advises to NOT microwave it. I’m not sure how long a few minutes is- but it’s definitely longer than 5. My dogs still ate it happily partially frozen, but I prefer to feed it a little softer. At every meal, I’ve been putting the next meals portion into the fridge so that it’s thawed by the next mealtime. Seems to work well for me. I’m not sure that I will switch to frozen food full time. The extra time and inconvenience (we travel) is an obstacle for us. But it is a good healthy food that the dogs love.

It took a long while for me to grasp the concept of raw food being more natural and nutritious for dogs. It turns out, my dogs love it and are thriving. These morsels defrost quickly and are a great option. I count out the number of morsels per dog, leave them aside for 10 or 15 minutes, and they are ready to go. I add a little water and some doggy nutritional powder to make a gravy, and the dogs love it. I'm planning to stick with raw, and these are a simple to use option.

I love this brand of food (Stella and Chewy)! They never miss. I hadn’t actually tried their frozen meals yet and it was just as good as their other products. When the bag says it defrosts quickly, it’s not lying. It took about five minutes straight from the freezer. What I love most is it is served cold which has been wonderful with the heatwaves we’ve been getting. All three of my dogs loved it (15yo toothless pom, 12yo rat terrier mix, 2 month old husky mix)!!! It’s rare all three of them will eat the same thing.

This was my first experience with raw food, and I found it a little confusing. The product is kept in the freezer. So I put some in my pup’s dish and let it thaw a bit. Then it just looked raw — duh! Because it is marketed as raw food. So I decide to let her have a go. She’s a lab, so you know the outcome. She inhaled it, every speck and scrap. The thing is it was too rich for her kibble-acclimated tummy. Some folks may like this; it seemed to be good quality. But it didn’t work out for me and my dog.

This food was a hit and is even enjoyed while it’s a little bit frozen still! This product has been on the radar for a while now and is something that I’m considering to switch to. Packaging was sturdy and the bag arrived packaged well enough that the food was not thawed, even after the FedEx delivery guy left it in front of our garage, in the sun rather than leave it at our door in the shade (as requested on instructions).
