Coco for weeks would hear me in the kitchen and would run to her treat cabinet. When I ran out of these liver treats, she would refuse every other treat I gave her. So 3 months later I finally bought them again and she got so excited when she got them again. If pup needs a pill I put one in the treat and it's down before she knows it.
My dog loves liver and these are no exception. My only reservation on the chicken livers is the tiny pieces that makes up the majority of its contents. (About half). Too small to give as a treat. I will buy dehydrated beef from now on as those are a decent treat size. This will be used as a sprinkle on her food.
These arrived with the lid ajar, and the inside contents weighed less than an ounce. The package said 1.5 ounces, so a third of the contents didn't even arrive. Also, what arrived is partially pulverized and at least 25% is chicken liver powder. Don't waste your money on these.
This is my second order of these treats, I ordered the beef last time. Unfortunately, this bucket was a disappointment! Nearly 25% of it or 3.1 ounces we pulverized into small bits and dust. These are not inexpensive, and that is a large percentage to be unusable!
Ordered this because my furbaby has to have a certain diet for all things she eats. I did the research and found that chicken treats were ok to give her. I bought them and my baby loves them. She always begs for more but I don't give in to her. Got to keep her on a strict diet. I would recommened purchasing them.
I have to start by saying our dog LOVES these treats. The problem is that almost half the container has broken down into tiny bits. I don't know if ours was just dried out...too bad.
My dogs loved the freeze-dried chicken pieces that I could hand-feed them. However, there were a lot of smashed pieces that we called dust and used as extra protein in their dry dog food. Overall a not worth the money.
My dogs love these and I love them because they are all natural. I use them as an extra special treat when my senior doxie gets his eye drops for a recent eye surgery. They were first introduced to them in our vet's office. I would give them 5 stars, but the fact that they are inconsistent in size is a bit annoying.
My year old boy loves it best treats ever for him. Help me out with muzzle train him
These are great high value treats for working with my very high w energy girl but also a favorite of my older pup who is very picky when it comes to treats. Can break up to smaller size pieces as needed and even the dust makes a good food topper or add to frozen broth etc for an extra treat.
